I'm a single Gay who grew up before being Gay was accepted in the US, and had to listen to the idiotic DOMA Lunacy of the Bush #2 presidency.


I'm aware of politics, and how they affect the content made for consumers, and I don't appreciate people who make claims their flavor of politics gives them the right to denigrate others.


I'm planning to get TEFL Certification and work in Asia, hopefully starting in 2026.


I like BL, and that's what I'm mainly here for, sure, I'll watch some non-BL stuff occasionally, but mostly what you'll see in my lists, are BL series. I like the ones with warmer relationships generally speaking, and my 2025 BL pick is "Revenged Love" from Mainland China of all places, because it actually is 100% a BL, non or that awkward "Bromance"  that they've pulled up until now, and none of that cliffhanger stuff they pulled when they tried to remake "Addicted"


I have more opinions about BL, and I'm happy to interact with people, but I am not one who seeks drama. If our opinions clash, I probably won't make an effort to interact beyond winning the current dispute, either by proving my stance, or showing that I have made an effort to learn more about the subject in question, and recognize that I need to adjust my stance to better reflect reality.  Not so much a defeat for me, since I like to be accurate, and science doesn't recognize defeat either, only the revelation of new information, and the process required to adjust things to reflect reality.

My ratings are based on the chances that I am willing to rewatch the series. So, basically unless it’s a 10, I’m not likely to rewatch on my own, things over and have a chance on getting a rewatch if I am with someone who wants to watch it. I won’t rate anything lower than and unless it was absolutely horrible, & then my ratings will express my level of distaste for what I was watching.


Anyways, I'm here for BL, but not so much the latest gossip about the actors... However, I do appreciate actors who not only take the role seriously, but give the role the respect it deserves, even after the series is completed... Particularly actors who recognize that the role helped my then what they are... Instead of trying to distance themselves from both the role, and the community it ostensibly represents.

About me in particular? 

I'm apparently attractive, based on rumors and so on... But I can't really see it... Other than the objective facts that people do like guys with Blue eyes and Blond hair generally speaking. 💁🏼‍♂️😅 I'm tall enough, and as mentioned, Gay... You could call be a Fudanshi (?) though talking to me probably would give you an entirely different perspective. 

Got through High school without anyone realizing I was Gay, got illegally outed in college, but decided I had other things to worry about than that. I have a Ba, and have been to Seoul, currently in Vermont, but hopefully I'll be back in Asia in 2026, and working when not trying to make new friends in person.

 I might have autism, but I'm not going to claim something that hasn't been objectively analyzed and fully diagnosed... So for now the following apply: Executive Dysfunction, Chronic Insomnia, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety, and Moderate Depression. 

Conversation with me oftentimes requires appreciation for language, and intelligence... Since I can be wordy, and more... But I'll leave off on that.
