I have mix feeling about what's you wrote. She is frustrated, for a woman, and for be the crown princess, she need to assure the lineage. The crown prince would not understand this. Yes they are youngs but she is alone with pressure by everyone even by the queen. With who she will talk about that? But It's sad they needed more communication, and understand theirs bodies for more sexual pleasure relationship and maybe a psy lol. Now everything has changed.

So i see two possibilities :
First she gives birth, by she died because of that and the crown princess will adopt the child as her own and the couple will understand their love for each other and have a good relationship sexual.
Second: the commonor woman gives birth to a son and she will be promoted as concubine and she will be happy with the crown prince, as for the crown princess she will understand and accept her fate.
Just 10 episodes, and just 4 episode to go, i think the second possibility maybe happen
