The ending in drama for me: they are together and married, but they left because Zan illness will be worse, so them be in front the olive in the last scene, they are now dead before everyone i suppose years have passed. Zan die because of suicide and Ran just after.

In the book, each if them + ML brother will be married with others girl.
Even SFL will be with one of them and she will be queen but i don't know who between these two princes will be lol
