I have watched his first big drama Romance of Tiger and Rose and I always liked his acting so I was always down for his dramas but none swept me of my feet like LGIEF and MOGA, now he is a true fave lol

I completely agree!! I hope you let me know what you think of Melody of Golden Age when you start! When it comes to Esther Yu my faves from her are this one, LBFAD and My Journey to You (it has an open ending beware but I enjoyed the whole thing to much for that to ruin it)

Melody of Golden Age and Love Game in Eastern Fantasy are my faves from him by far! Tiger and Rose I liked a lot but that sa scene really bothered me that's why I can never rewatched it. Love You Seven Times, Romance of a Twin Flower and Moonlight were okay but all three kind of lost my attention half way through, I finished them but I was not enjoying them as much until the end. Rest of his dramas I either didn't care for or didn't watch. So that's my short review of his shows lol

This had no right to be as funny and touching as it was. One of the best mini dramas I ever watched!

Oh he is actually very good, he had another amazing drama this year, Melody of Golden Age, where he has a totally different vibe. I am glad you love this show, I really loved it too, one of my faves this year!

Omg I am the same! After this drama ended I decided I will finish it and I did but I still don't like that ML very much at all, so emotionally immature and frustrating. I definitelly didn't enjoy it this much lol

Maybe, but also realistically she was a woman who is all alone with no husband or family or inlaws. What were even options for a woman who has nobody in this kind of society?

I would say: Love Between Fairy and Devil, A Familiar Stranger, Heavenly Sword and Dragon Slaying Sabre (this one is about herosim and all that, very little romance), Jun Jiu Ling, Melody of Golden Age, The Legends, The Romance of Tiger and Rose (warning for this one an sa attempt scene happens between the leads for no reason if you can't ignore that i would skip it bc it almost ruined the show for me, only reason i watched until the end is bc i was too invested at that point)
