That's not strange at all. Heat index is only impacted by views on the Chinese version of Youku. Chinese people don't care about the ratings here on MDL. I doubt they even know that this website exists. 🤣

Ratings in MDL is actually high compared to other platforms. I still don't understand the obsession. If people don't watch it because of the ratings here, it doesn't really have much impact since most foreign viewers don't pay a subscription to watch.
