Same. We're not even up to half the episodes yet and most people are already judging and dropping lol. Though the story's pacing goes slowly, it gets more interesting along the way and once you get to know the characters well it's even more good.

Everyone saying the ML is bland, but it's all in the eyes. His eyes and body language say more than any expressions he could make, and from what I've read so far in the novel, that's how the character is.

Exactly!😭 it was a first for me too, to see something like that portrayed so clearly and realistically on screen. They showed that family was family regardless of any rough patches. The actors really need a standing ovation for the impossible they made possible😭. If someone told me the three were real siblings in real life I wouldn’t question it one second.

Same same dear, i can't even begin to describe how much i love this drama, and the sibling chemistry between Sui Ge and Xiyang was over the top. I felt like i was watching two family members interact and struggle together.
And when she saw him in Jinxiu??? I teared up, the way she ran towards him, even after their last rough encounter, it was just so sentimental and fulfilling. I really felt that they did a really imprssive job with the three siblings.
Chenyag trusting his brother even through his mothers manipulation will forever be peak sibling bond. The three of them really aren't like the typical royal family siblings. Now i realize this is basically a repeat of what you just said😭...bu yao ku... bu yao ku
