I was a big fan of GoT until the last season so I have House ofDragons a try but only watched episode 1. Daemon gives me the creeps…he sounds just like Ramsey Bolton..yuck! I feel like he was miscasted…who knows, maybe if I decide to continue I might change my mind.

If you like the Kdrama Kingdom then you’ll like AoS. It has the same kind of quality even though completely different plot of course. Screenwriter for AoS is well known and popular too.

Definitely give AoS a try..if anything, it may help distract you and help you move on from LBFAD even though it’ll always be in our hearts! 🥰☺️

I love Xu Kai…such a versatile actor who isn’t type casted. I enjoyed Arsenal
Military Academy very much although the nationalists theme was a bit heavy at times but the cast has such good chemistry.
I’ll check out the others you recommend. A Dream of Splendor was on my radar.
I dropped LLTG and IS so maybe I’ll go back to watch it too.

Also, I was hooked by episode 1 of AoS.

It’s a Netflix original so bigger fan base who also uses the MDL platform. They have a lot more users who rated and also more watchers. I’ve watched AoS and also really like it too. It’s historical, fantasy , romance, action. i was actually watching it then started watching LBFAD while waiting for new episodes of AoS to air but fell in love with LBFAD.
AoS is a good watch so I recommend it.

I tried to move on and watched Maiden Holmes…Ling He is the lead. I still can’t believe I watched it til the end. It was underwhelming and not exciting at all. I suppose I watched to see if it’ll get better or more thrilling. Nope, never happened. It’s not terrible but not excellent. Very forgettable the moment you’re done watching. Good for those who want an easy drama to watch and for those with heart issues who can’t take much excitement. Also good to play in the background while you’re doing house chores 😑😑😑😑
The only thing exciting was the kiss scene in episode 6.
Sorry for the long rant…anyone have a better drama suggestion, please let us know!!!

Ling He’s acting was fine in Maiden Holmes but the storyline was a bit boring. Definitely nothing to get excited over.
I do think some of the kiss scenes are pretty good though.

Don’t force yourself to watch it just because it’s trending and others are watching it.

Dylan’s real voice wouldn’t work for this role. They casted the perfect voice actor.
