Yes he’s the villain but there’s a bigger villain.
The true villain is the evil god Tai Sui who’s been around since the beginning of the 3 realms. His immortal body is gone but his spirit is still around and he survives by tempting others with their deepest desires and having them feed him evil spirits.
That “moon stone” is the Bone Orchid made from his heart blood. Remember he gave that to her as a protective…
It was that moon charm but he transformed it into a bracelet when he put it on her. I would have liked a sweeter ending too but he came back and they are together so I’m satisfied.
I need to move on so I’ll give IS a try too. I dropped LLTG at episode 2. May try to pick that one up again…
I loved Leo Wu in the Long Ballad but I’m not feeling his role in LLTG but then again I dropped it episode 2. Need to give it another try but there are 2 parts so I don’t want to force myself and waste all that time on a drama that isn’t worth it lol
Just finished this drama! Superb! Everything amazing and great. The production quality, the casts, the ost, the…
Overall I loved everything too. No drama will ever be perfect to everyone’s liking but I can say it certainly exceeded my expectations. I did want to see DFQC in action more..I love the scene in episode 9 where he used his hellfire and caught against CH…was hoping to see his greatness again but that’s ok. Still loved everything about this drama from the script, to the perfectly casted actors and voice actors, costumes, set design, special effects, OST, and musical score.
Haha they did her dirty!! I thought at least they can take down that funky pony tail for the wedding scene but nope…she was still rocking that hideous hairstyle
HOW I WANT TO SEE CH AND DFQC HAVING A PROPER CONVERSATION LIKE TWO BROS MEETING UP TO HAVE DRINKS AND ONE TALKING…
CH is so honorable…can’t help but love the guy too even though our main man will always be DFQC. Despite their differences, CH helped save DGQC from his dream state, then helped him to revive Orchid too. He’s a good guy with good intentions.
how is the love triangle in this? Is it too painful?
She was young and naive and misunderstood her appreciation and gratitude towards HC as love/infatuation but she later knows that she truly loves DFQC. HC loves her too but it’s too late.
Sometimes the romance is such a slow burn we barely get a kiss by the end of the drama
