He kinda was always that in the novel. he loved her and wanted what’s best for her. I’m not mad at all. just sad he couldn’t get his wish.

If you’re not a WeTv Tecent member than you will be behind episodes. Which is why on Viki I laughed in my reply because many people thought the drama ended at episode 9. Which it’s 23 episodes.

That’s because the drama got cut. So the episodes and storylines we originally were getting had to get cut. this drama was supposed to be longer than what we got. However, the new rules for dramas in China changed that. Yes, the edits are bad but what can we do? I still love the drama the main thing is it’s doing really well in China. Which is where it counts the most. Hope this helped with why everything is confusing.

A lot of people don’t realized that part two isn’t even a part two but continuation of a full season. So even though it’s split into two this drama has made a lot of money. data doesn’t lie so doubin scores might be low but BCE was low but still broke barriers. this drama is doing that. I’m just pissed with ABAY crew comparing this drama to theirs. Can’t do that when this drama is steady beating theirs.

Spite the bad editing and half episodes plus the doubin score. I am still enjoying Lost you forever

I have been rewatching this drama for a min now. I must say out of all Yang Zi and Xiao Zhan modern day dramas. This one was amazing. It’s hard to believe it was just a drama and it’s hard to forget it. I hope to see them do a period / xianxia/ republic Chinese drama someday.

I’m like a important person in the media when asked “So how do you feel about LYF2?” my only response can be “No comment.” my emotions y’all are all over the place. 😭😭 The only solace is spite the slow build up and deleted scenes the drama is doing well I just saw on Weibo it broke records. So did Yang Zi, TCJ, Deng Wei, and even Zhang. Their acting and characters this half of the season is pulling on people’s heart strings.

Gosh they can at least give us some chibi artwork or an icon preview of their posters. anything if the drama hasn’t finished. I’m waiting for it to be finished and her other work’s confirmed.

It’s been done with other dramas just go online and watch them. But this isn’t what I was hoping so I’m just stating my opinion. which I am glad others respect. if you respect that then fine. but I already went back and forth on why I don’t like it. glad you enjoy it but that doesn’t mean everyone will. have a nice day.

I’m watching LYF and loving it. It’s not an actual season 2 most people don’t know this the law changed so that’s why it was split into two parts but the drama is a whole in itself. I love Jing but XL is also my fav. There’s a melon that he’s going to be in a drama with YZ. So we might can see the ship sail.

Thank you I’m a Yang Zi and Xu Kai fan of BCE. However I’m a novel reader and the novel made his character really nonexistent. the drama actually gave him more time screen but the mother ruined the drama for me. Even though I knew the drama was daughter and mother storyline. But I did love their chemistry and love story more. I agree with Follow your heart love my white deer Leo but that drama sucked. I know Seven tan new two dramas are going to be good because she can never do wrong in a period drama.

Sadly that’s another drama I don’t like. I love again both leads but just didn’t like the writing 🥲 I’m a picky fan when it comes to my favs and what dramas they take.

I saw her two costume dramas tbh I am interested in these two. I was interested in this but after watching what episodes available I had to dropped it. Just was boring and same old same. Her period dramas are really my favorite like the eight, the sword and barcode etc

Glad you enjoy it but this is my opinion and sadly I just can’t get into the drama. I’m hoping her next modern drama will be like Flight to you and road home

I have watched it but it reminds me of Seven tan other dramas Fox summer which was good and her other modern dramas. Maybe I’ll rewatch it later but I was hoping to love this since I love both leads.

I saw that I also just saw they said it’s still him. At this point I just want a new Yang Zi drama confirmed.
