Really wanna see this drama. Production team have no ideal how hard I searched for this drama during my AOL days. Only to be scammed. I hope to finally see this drama in fruition.

doubyin score is truly low but it’s to be expected as fans are rating this drama low. Does it deserve a 5.7? no at least 6.0 but not a 5. The storyline was progressing well after she knew she had feelings for him but forgot them. Then the typical misunderstanding in every xianxia drama. I felt so bad for Yuechu. They truly made HongHong very cold in this drama. at first I was okay with this but now it’s getting old. I don’t even care anymore I’m just trying to finished these last few episodes.

You should really not think too much. It’s not a good look. I don’t like the drama. Has nothing to do with the actors as I mentioned before like their previous works. Nothing wrong with saying the drama suck. please don’t respond back to me because your mindset is immature.

I agree. I loved Unchained love by the way. However, IQYI always halting on the episodes if it’s not marketing properly or losing interest for viewers. Men in love lost most viewers myself included. However it manage to still be very popular this is due to the two leads. It’s still trending and now a BL drama pushes Fox spirit to number 2. IQYI has a lot of good dramas but they never keep balance. YOUKU and Tencent have been killing it these past years. Even Mango TV.

Yes as I said before I hated the drama. didn’t like none of the actors and I’m a fan of previous works from them. acting was fake dubbing too much, plot boring, repetitive. It’s not the greatest drama for me and never will be. I don’t care that it has a high rate this is my opinion. So yes again I hate the drama. Anyways have a good day.

Exactly. they were doing a good job with two episodes a day but now since the ratings on Weibo has dropped and so has the discussions. It’s like now they’re just hoping to put a nail into the coffin with this drama by giving us express package. It’s sad how The Double is beating this drama and it literally just came out.

They might as well give us the express package as of now two days without new episodes. I hope they’re not planning to wait until Sunday to give more episodes.

Not the actors fault for me. I’m not dropping it either spite me being highly emotional about the way this first installment is treated. I will stick it out but I won’t watch anything else but here and there scenes and the finale episode. If you’re a IQYI member you can literally see all the previews are up I think except for the last one. Then there’s know new episodes in two days. IQYI knows this is a failed and now it’s likely we will get express package. Due to the low ratings and not enough buzz. For instance This was supposed to be the xianxia drama a lot of people were interested in after Legend of shenli and it failed. Granted I hated legend of shenli it still was ok in some parts. This drama is like a new born learning to crawl and eventually grow up to be a child. except when they start progressing to the one year stage they go backwards and repeat back to new born. Forgetting everything they’ve accomplished, everything wonderful to complete nothing. This is just my take though but I think most of us feel this way.

Ok So after hyping and thinking the drama was pretty good. I must withdraw my earlier statements. This is too no fault of the actors even those who I’m not a fan of. My love for Mimi is the reason why I wanted to watch this drama. After carefully watching its progression 1-14. I saw a decline in storyline / storytelling and plot. It’s like as it progressed towards episodes 20-30s the storyline decline and all we’re getting is half dialog and broken misplaced scenes. Then there’s the filter it’s too much. At first it was nice but now it’s annoying. Again I stuck it out for Mimi and a few of my other favs. But now I just want the Soundtrack album and express package. So I can skip all other episodes to the finale one. After so many years of waiting this drama truly broke my heart. Luckily my baby Mimi gave us the republican drama earlier. So can’t no one say she can’t act this is purely a writer / director issue

I hope she’s giving a bigger project soon. She’s really pretty and talented first saw her in Uncanny destiny. Didn’t know she had a supporting role in Mr. Swimmer till one day I decided to watch JJY other dramas. She was so pretty and good in that drama. Then there’s Wonderful fate which was pretty ok. Shocked to learned she was in different princess. I wanna see her get more better scripts. 🫶🏼
