Yes. Her character could've been made into more. I think her growth was stunted as soon as she developed feelings for great demon. She even forgot she was a goddess, like independent entity. You arent always needed to be with him, as if you are his caretaker. That's where the problem lies. Expected something more to do with the baize goddess thing. There were scenes here and there but they didn't help in making her character whole. Maybe coz so much was going on in last episodes, the goddess was pushed into backseat.
ππmaybe coz of those ambiguous looks and dialogues. They definitely didn't support if it was only meant to be for friendship. But yeah I think if he wanted such relationship between the two he won't be afraid to show it. So we can't say he wanted it to happen like that. The story was filled with loopholes. He tried to include so many things. And the chemistry between the boys was off charts. So everyone stared screaming these things. That's why i really hate when dramas have to cut alot of scenes. It ruins the story, the flow and everything else.
I don't think he is afraid of developing FL characters. Coz we've seen MJTY. And I liked every girl in there. I think the story of fof was different in the start. They didn't change but tried to include everything that's where the mess happened. He didn't know how to show FL. All the focus went into developing ml's relationship. Even the dialogues. Something happened. We don't know what the story was or even now. Coz they edited lot of things. No way we can know if dudu had some potential scenes in there or not. I guess we will never know the answer. Even in promotions it was obvious FL and ML were main. But why was the story like that.
Everyone is saying fof was meant to be bl or bromance. But something happened in between. If you see how he just left everyone and only concentrated on 2mls in last episodes I too thought what is happening here. And not to forget lilun with them. π€·Like he made a mess of things. We see one thing then next another one. Confused on where exactly the story is going? If we only see it as bromance then things will click. But with a FL.innthe mix he definitely was in a tight place. There was no way he can do justice to all characters like that especially FL. π€ I have so much to talk abt fof. πΆI hope atleast he knew where the plot and story was going even if we didn't get. I was happy when he himself declared vos to be a love story. This is really different. And he won't be able to do things as he pleases . That's a very good thing. π
πas long as the story isn't full on bl vibes we can definitely trust him to give good backstories to FL's. I loved it in MJTY. The two girls rocked it. Even jin jing, wuji everyone. He just need to focus on how to complete arcs and lessen those loopholes he loves. He doesn't shy away in making girls fight in par with boys. So that's good too.
Yeah he definitely has a pattern. He likes to work with people repeatedly. If they are in same vibe then you are stuck with him forever. Rui has no chance at all. YA I believe as long as his contract doesn't state it exclusively he can be exempt. Yeah I too think GJM will really work with Kiku again..we already saw how they enjoyed talking and were so close too. That's a good sign. Yep I really want Kiku and rui to work again..if not costume then definitely in modern one. YA is going to be next ML for sure.
