I really liked the 1st episode and I am looking forward to the rest of the series but the episodes are too long. I would have appreciated it more if the episode lengths were cut in half and he number of episodes doubled. What it has going for it though is that the pacing is great. There is never a dull moment throughout. This balances out the long episodes. Let's hope they maintain this. There is so much going on. The chemistry among the cast is very good. Not just between the leads but especially between Nut and his mother. The mystery aspect is what really has me hooked. So many questions. and how a teddy bear became a human is the least of them. It should have been called The Mystery of Taohu Bear.
What caused the breakdown of Nut and his mother's relationship? There's a dark family secret there, I bet. Why does Taohu look like Nueng? How are they linked? Why is Nut scared to go near that store in the mall? Will anything happen if the dog pounces on Taohu? And I have a feeling there are going to be more questions in the coming episodes.
Apparently they said they will be filming all this year so it's defo more than 13 eps
Happy to hear that. I like the pacing and watching the relationship develop but at the same time I was wondering how they would cram all the other parts in the remaining episodes.
In the final episode the guitarist on the beach seems like an easter egg for something. What is it alluding to? Can someone familiar with Kenaz and the webtoon spoil it for me please? Could there be a part 2 or a spinoff in the works? If so, I am all for it!
I am really loving this series. It's soooo funny. The acting and dialogue are excellent. Patiently waiting for some romance but enjoying the build up and character development.
