No but can we talk about the out of nowhere trauma dump from Ro Woon. The scene was ......im going to introduce…
That caught me off guard lmao. But I liked that they gave the character some depth even if it was sudden and the end of the show, personally. His character felt a bit flat until that point.
Well, the last episode did not disappoint. I did cry when the screen went dark, ngl...
I've already said several times why I think this is one of the best romcoms ever made and I won't repeat myself here. I just feel so grateful that they made this show and that I got to watch it, personally. This drama was a balm to my soul for a month and a half and I have no doubt I will come back to it in the future. Thank you for making my heart smile, KTL team!
Ooooh, episode 2 was so good! The cinematography, the music, the writing, the acting and the chemistry between the leads... I was worried seeing how many characters they introduced in the first episode but they narrowed the focus on only a few in this one, which I think is better. Also that scene with the singer was so beautiful. Can't wait for episode 3!
I've only been able to think about that last scene but also, the scene between Won and his mom? I just sat there in disbelief listening to him speak... Won is such a saint lol. Also I thought the way we followed his mom before they reunited in the hallway was very well done.
I'm not sure what to say. I'm quite a bit stunned by the ending of this episode tbh. I don't believe for a second that she actually meant calling quits on the relationship (I think she meant her job) but it still doesn't sit right with me that they wrote a break up speech at the end of an episode. I can accept misleading previews but writing it into the show is taking it a step too far for me... Really hoped they wouldn't do that.
Edit: And it's not even like it serves any purpose because nobody believes they're going to break up at this point. Why not just let Won propose to Sarang and end the episode on it?? It would've been just as much of a cliffhanger and I would've been just as excited to see the resolution of it. I truly don't understand why they made that choice.
Gosh! This is taking too long already. I have been waiting for it to end so I can dive in ASAP. It looks as if…
Given the tone of the show it's almost certain it will have a happy ending.
No official plans of marriage so far, but in the preview for today's episode the male lead is holding a ring so that's probably what we're heading toward.
Pretty good start. Beautiful cinematography. Love Ahn Eun Jin. They introduced a lot of characters however, I'm worried the show's gonna feel messy and superficial but we shall see... Not sure I should be watching this at the same time as The Red Sleeve as it's bound to get confusing real fast though lol.
How's this show so far? What's good about it and what isn't? (without spoilers) I'm midway through the first episode but I'm watching so many shows at the same time I don't know if I should continue, watch it later or not watch it at all. Any advice?
Yeah I've been feeling this way about the cat man since the beginning of the show and it's not getting any better.…
I agree with everything you said. Fortunately I'm generally more interested in the dynamics between the characters and their motivations so a poorly written plot isn't enough to make me stop watching a show if the characters are interesting to me otherwise, which they still are so far (though I am starting to get annoyed by the second main leads... wish they would just go away at this point.) I'm enjoying seeing both main leads discover what it's like to love someone for the first time and what it means to love in general, mostly. Also the fact that the male lead is falling for someone who isn't his "fated lover" (so far, anyway). Both of these perspectives are interesting to me.
Okay it's really fucking annoying that the cat keeps dropping information all piecemeal like this and moving the…
Yeah I've been feeling this way about the cat man since the beginning of the show and it's not getting any better. It's so evident how they're using him as a tool to make the plot move forward and they're not even doing it in a way that makes sense... It just feels so cheap. And I mean... what is he even? Why is a cat man in a vampire show? Is he the only cat man out there? I'm not that familiar with vampire lore but that seems really random to me lol.

Edit: Ah sorry I thought you were responding to me. I'm on the app and it's not clear.
