I'm absolutely loving this drama as it is, but I'm also kinda sad we didn't get to see more of Eungyeol's family life in 2023. I wish there was another season so we could focus on them more. Also the man who plays the older Yichan is such a great actor and he has so much chemistry with Ryeoun, I still think about some of their scenes in the first episodes.
It's either going to be the most heartbreaking or heartwarming drama. I'm loving it already.
The best kind of dramas are the ones that are both heart-breaking and heart-warming at the same time, which I think is what they're going for here. I live for these bittersweet stories.
Reading the synopsis, it doesn't sound like there is any romance in it. Who is it between? Kim Ha Neul and Yoon…
Yes, with the female lead but it comes quite late. The supporting characters have some romance too. This is a story of redemption, understanding and second chances more than a full blown romantic drama, but it's very moving and inspiring and offers a more mature perspective on love and relationships. I'm a fan of romance and I think this is definitely worth watching.
I miss Won and Sarang being cute and fun together. I know there's no reason for this drama to get a season 2 but I lowkey want one (people who found the drama boring can excuse themselves lol). I want to see them move in and live together and make pancakes in the morning. I want to see them have a kid, navigate the challenges of that together and try to sneak in dates in between work and taking care of him/her (imagine Won doing cute things with his baby though!!). I want to know how Sarang's hotel is evolving and what Won is doing for the King Hotel branch. I want to know how is the relationship between Won and his mom now. I want more backstory about Sarang's parents too. I want to know if Daeul's husband became a better person or if she decided to leave him (!). I want to see Pyunghwa and Rowoon get to know each other better and I want to see her finally get promoted. I'm open to anything new as long as the drama doesn't betray the line it has followed so far (supportive, consistent characters with healthy communication and main focus on them and their relationships). Then again it's probably not gonna happen but one can dream.
I don't think so. They are not commenting. It has its flaws. That why everyone rate it lower. But something wrong…
A rating dropping of 0.7 points in only two days when it steadily remained at 8.5/8.4 for weeks is suspiscious though. I acknowledge there's a lot of people who disliked the show but this seems too sudden to be innocent.
Well this can't be normal. Did the protesters from episode 7 actually wait for the end of the drama to review bomb it again? Don't they have anything better to do? Good lord. Hope it can be fixed if that's the case.
