Yes, very true, she needs that patience, love and care, like when he tild her in ep 31 that she should let QS go to her hometown, it worked for some days but when he decide to end things QS came back (started seeing her again). Probably she wasn't there at the time, because I remember a scene when she wanted to tell the officials but her seniors dragged her back, at the time there were others who were jot affected too, so seeing that, I think it will be addressed, how she ended up surviving alone. I also remember from ep 32, in her memory, she told her grandfather and master Helai that she can treat and save them but they didn’t let her.
