For me, I loved how Tang Rou was always on Qiushui's side literally, even when it was obvious Qiushui wasn't like all that bahaha it was funny that he always thought super positive of him.
For instance, he believed Qiushui wanted to stop the three of them for fighting that one time bc he thought Qiushui just wanted to go off on his own when in reality he was scared, or that one time when Qiushui was afraid of death but then gave the excuse that with more enemies to fight against, the harder, so they need to take timie to replenish their energy, and Tang Rou was like "Your a good role model" SKFJDSKFJS
Anyways I frickin' loved their bromance in the eps we saw of them!
Yk, Qiushui's reaction to killing Shan Gudao (bahaha we really just call him that bc of MLC) was really so cool to see... it makes it feel more realistic about him entering a historical world!
And that's so funny about the cheat codes. Honestly, I don't blame Qiushui bc I mean, a real person would wanna do it too, right? I don't play games much but when it comes to games, I feel like I'd be him as well LOL
MY MAN HE LUOLUO IS ALSO HERE??? THE CAST GOES WILD!???GIVE ME THIS NOW
Man you're screaming about He Luoluo but did u watch his amazing detective drama The Wanted Detective (don't see it in your watchlist)? It's soooo good! He did incredibly amazing there! My second drama of his I watched since Love Crossed which I also really loved!
Is this worth watching? The reviews above doesnβt seem that good.
I see you've completed Time Raiders. You'll see a new side to the actors that played the characters Wuxie and Xiaoge there (tho they're not friends here, but it's really cool to see). And honestly, it depends on you. People's opinions are different. Their opinions doesn't mean the same will be for you. I will say I thoroughly enjoyed it, despite ofc some disappointments. But overall I really enjoyed the drama. There are many people who didn't either. So you choose whether or not you wanna try. Fight scenes are epic. There are two in the drama I consider super epic and iconic of martial arts scenes I've watched. I love the message about righteousness vs chivalry. The first 10 eps feel more lighthearted but then it gets more serious later on. I did end up missing the lightheartedness (tho it's not for everyone) but I also loved the serious tone this drama began to give. Also, a bonus. You will see two Chengyis so it will be an eye candy.
ZHANG XILING aka our fav XIAOGE'S fate really is so heart-breaking.....we got to know him from all the adaptations…
Really felt this so much! It makes me sad to see the group suspecting him. And the way they say to Wuxie to not worry about him bc he's skilled and invincible (ik Pangzi has said it once tho lol but it's nice they become closer)... Kinda sad that they don't think of him like a human :( I also can't wait to see our iron triangle get closer! (I have yet to finish this and watch other adaptations of this series!)
I just started buttt if at the end ML give up his title for love and to live in the country side Iβm gonna lose…
That's what happened in Shadow Love, right... I was a bit iffy on that kind of ending, but I would like to think that it wouldn't really last forever esp if conflicts do rise
Yes, hence I say "if it is true." I'm also pretty sure they don't announce a drama like three weeks early, more like a week or less maybe? Oh, and it's likely towards the end of this month. We will see.
I hear you but I just think of Happy Camp and that βcover the arrow, the budget extends to 5 seconds onlyβ…
Lol I know you're right it would take time... But this is also me complaining about them deleting the scenes they DID actually edit in (I mean, u saw some of the deleted scenes online, right?) but decided to delete b4 airing... could've kept all those if yk what I mean π π But anyways, as much as I am disappointed with not enough screentime for them, I still really love the drama! π₯°π
My biggest complaint is that they didn't give enough of the two Chengyis on screen. Should've actually been one of the elements with the most screentime. They robbed that off so bad. I know that it's not easy to edit in one actor for many of the same scenes, but really... They took away Chengyi's hard work for acting all those scenes. They should've stuck with the original source bc Li Chenzhou had a bigger role there~ In fact, he was actually the SML, but here? Not enough screentime to even say so π

Your Liu Suifeng mention is really funny. I actually wished we got these two longer, I thought it was off and sad that they didn't keep them together for more eps esp with how they built the two up from the start (and the "Reform Liu Suifeng" mission would've been super cool to see even for a little bit.. well, it seems we kinda got it in the end when he said that he won the bet, but yeah)... It was short-lived π©π It would've been nice to see them become friends too in the end but the drama didn't wanna give us that oof!

Well, I ain't complaining that I will be seeing Chang Huasen literally in everything now π ππ«£
And to my shock, they're also in TJOL / FSH... but like with zero screentime together π€£
