The web of mystery just got bigger; and the six degrees of separation broader (or tighter?)
I'm telling you, the serial killer is the screenwriter. He's sending us on a wild goose chase, but there is no serial killer among them because it's the screenwriter. Hahaha =))
oh but also if they were not picked they can't continue the show so if they're too good for judges to train are…
Re: reply above.
Sorry. I was confused, I was thinking of Artistock (which I recently watched) when I replied.
Yes, I think there's elimination in Great Seoul Invasion. It was not part of the rules they were told beforehand, the way I understood it, even the panel of judges is surprised.

Re: Onewe. All of them deserves to be in the show, especially since they picked ones who are already actively performing in the music scene.
As with most talent shows, and depending on the format of judging, most of the time it all comes down to the taste of the judges and the audience. In this case, the audience happens to be the other bands.
My only comment is on the side of the bands, some of them give scores based on “competition” when they were told to grade each other based on their skills and performance. Giving a low score because they are band is a strong competitor is… well… for me, it's being dishonest.
What I think is the reason they were allowed to grade each other is to test their honesty and judgement. Are they good fellow musicians? It's one thing to be polite and because “it's a competition” but it's totally another to being fair and judging each other as fellow musicians who supposed to understand it.
For me, they're not amateurs. They also have experiences. They deserve to be there.
(P.S. I haven't watched all episodes yet, so the rules may have changed.)
yes lol.... just a hypthetical guess, could RSH stabbing is just mainpulated one?(not sure)
It's my suspicion as well, I think that stabbing scene was a show to give SJ a reason to stop suspecting him (SH).
If so, SH is either the serial killer; or SH is being forced to work with the serial killer to protect his family, and SJ (otherwise, the serial killer will kill them as well because they're deeply connected to the Hope Center).
Asian wiki chap asked how can any juror go out to kill if they have pol protection? Good qn...
If I understood it correctly, someone from the other site is wondering how the jurors can go on a murder spree now that they have police protection, or at least being monitored [for protection].
It's a good question. If the serial killer can continue with his plans, then:
1. he's far too good; 2. knows every move of the police 3. he's not a member of the juror team (more likely, he was one of the audience during that court trial)
1. How they split the different part of his life, and in order of importance instead of chronological, that was a brilliant idea. It helped built the foundation of the story, the major message, while at the same time allowed them to insert other lessons along the way.
2. It was also not about the main character, but it also reflected the lesson for the other characters, most especially the senior grim reaper.
3. The CGI is perfect. If the CGI becomes ever more realistic, it would only distract the audience. If it was less, it would make the film cheap. It is important to strike the balance between eye candy and the message of the story. Well done.
4. Choosing to set this story as a film instead of a TV show, or an episodic film, was itself a good decision. Keeping it as a film guaranteed the focus remain true, instead of adding other side stories that can lessen the impact of the story (and even distract the audience).
oh but also if they were not picked they can't continue the show so if they're too good for judges to train are…

I feel like he hasn't moved on simply because he's living his life exactly as she would have lived her life had…
Ahh, interesting. Good point, he does his investigation in the evening, and even reverting to his “wealthy” self. I agree, he's showing a front so no one would suspect he's still digging the cases.
Option 1: The preview hinted that they met again in May 2022. Was it not the same time when he used his 3rd (10…
But isn't the scene where the old rich man (while he was looking at the golden spoon) asked the real Tae Young if he wants to get rich a tell tale sign the old man introduced the golden spoon to the real Tae Young?
The old rich man was probably the previous owner of that Golden Spoon, or he was like the mysterious old lady, he has the power to grant wishes through Golden Spoons?
I feel like he hasn't moved on simply because he's living his life exactly as she would have lived her life had…
True. It's hard to analyze his situation in the present.
I was thinking that he's doing those things as a way of honouring her, especially in a country where honour and respect is a very important aspect of their culture.
Another reason I'm coming from is that he knew someone powerful was behind her murder, since he noticed the suspect who surrendered was not the real one. It's like he's keeping her alive until her case is solved. Otherwise, he might forget and let her memories be just another forgotten case.
If we are to believe the so-called "five stages of grief" (which is actually a model for those who are dying not for those who are grieving) then he already accepted her death.
1. His denial was when he went to the OR and stopped himself from looking at her face one last time.
2. His anger was when he tried to take the murder case only to find out very early on that the supposed suspect was an escaped goat.
3. His bargaining was when he placed 1,000 Won in her jar. Maybe, just maybe, he can pay that way.
4. His depression was while he was placing the 1,000 Won, he knew there is nothing else in life. His father was coerced into suicide, and someone powerful covered up his fiance's murder. Why continue?
BUT, when Joo Young's first client arrived…
5. He reached his acceptance. His father is dead. Joo Young was murdered. He took over Joo Young's dream, a dream that actually originated from him (and in extension, from his father).
Taking over that law clinic is not only honouring Joo Young, it is also honouring his father, and living up his dream. His father showed him two things: (1) he can fight for justice by being prosecutor; and (2) being a prosecutor isn't enough.
While Joo Young also showed him two things: (1) you can fight for justice as a lawyer; and (2) there are powerful people that can not be reached while working as a prosecutor and as an attorney in powerful Law Firms.
Together, the dream of his father and Joo Young is that law clinic and only accepting 1,000 Won.
While on the sidelines, he is still trying to solve the two cases. Because a case is a case. Moving on does not mean we put unresolved cases in history and forgotten.
I think, his character is like that. It is second nature for him to separate his emotions from everything else. This allowed him to become a great prosecutor and now an attorney.
Something like Spock, or any vulcan for that matter.
^_^
Again, that's just where I'm coming from and how I'm looking at it. I'm only 70% into it. The other 30% is as exactly how you described it, he hasn't moved on. :)
Sung Hoon will…1. discover who the suspect is.2. learn that Sung Joon has to die too.3. will confront the suspect.4.…
Probably cornered. Or, his adoptive mother was deeply involved in Hope Center, or the reason his little friend died.
So in the end, he'll choose between letting the suspect kill SJ, or he'll protect him because he has become his little friend/brother. Probably this is where the necklace will come into place. SH will see the necklace on SJ's neck and will make him choose SJ.
Option 1: The preview hinted that they met again in May 2022. Was it not the same time when he used his 3rd (10 years) chance to switch?
If so, what if Real Seung Cheon chose to return to his original parents immediately after returning to Korea?
Since that was his last switch, there was no need to eat using the Golden Spoon, he just had to make a decision and the mysterious old lady will do the rest.
After they returned to their original parents, Real Tae Young started walking back. Meanwhile, Real Seung Cheon replaced Fake Seung Cheon who happened to be sleeping on the pavement. So when he woke up, he was confused, he never expected to be there. Yet he recognized Real Tae Young immediately.
Option 2: They haven't returned to their original parents. The time is not yet up.
Fake Tae Young returned to Korea without anyone's knowledge and was sleeping on the streets so no one would find him.
Meanwhile, Fake Seung Cheol is now rich thanks to the mysterious old man. The old man probably gave a Golden Spoon to Fake Seung Cheol and taught him how to use it properly. Like whom to target, how to redirect money so no one would question it, and so on. (Fake Tae Young seems to be failing at this every single time.)
Fake Seung Cheol probably did everything for his first and second tries. But he probably can not use his third try (the 10 years).
Because of this, he probably figured out why. He is not the real Seung Cheol, and he probably remembered his past confusions, similar to what he experienced when he used the Golden Spoon. Which he then remembered Fake Tae Young also have his own Golden Spoon, as well as, Fake Yeo Jin.
Now that he knows the secret of Fake Yeo Jin and Fake Tae Young, and he also has a Golden Spoon “10 years” chance he still can not use, he is waiting to see Fake Tae Young. He probably learned from Fake Yeon Jin when the expiration of Fake Tae Young will be.

I need that dyson module. LOL.
What was that? The second module is interesting, I wonder what it is for.
