It looks like they're going to spend a lot of time about his past so they can pair him with Lee Chung Ah (Awaken) again. They even hinted a love interest between them.

Then they'll go back to the present and continue his pairing with Kim Ji Eun (The Veil).

Maybe they are also experimenting if this formula works? Previous FLs separated in two time periods? You have an ML that probably can't get over with his late girlfriend, and the new one will help him "open his heart"?

Ep 06 was … really? Seriously? They're going down that plot?

Either way, after episode 6, I think they wrote this show for Nam Koong Min. They want him to be paired with his previous partners.

There are 3 chances: 30 days; 12 months or 1 year; and 10 years.

1. First switch: SC became TY for 30 days - ep 1-4

2. Second switch: SC returned to his original family for 12 months - ep 5-6

3. Third switch: SC became TY again - this time it will be for 10 years - ep 7 onwards

If it was 2011 (I don't remember), then:

1. First switch: 2011 - for 30 days
2. Second switch: 2011 to 2012 - for 12 months
3. Third switch: 2012 to 2022 - for 10 years

I can't remember which minutes but there are other clues.

1. When he chose to return to his original parents, the old lady said, "I will see you in 1 year".

2. Then in episode 6, after he received the money from fake Yeo Jin, a few scenes after that Ju Hee was with their friends and they talked about how they were a year ago.

3. Also, fake Yeo jin calculated that he will see the old lady again soon, and she needs him to want to switch again. (see #1)

4. The Golden Spoon. There are three chances: 30 days, 12 months; 10 years.

- 30 days was episode 1 to 4.

- 12 months was when he returned to his original parents (episode 5 to 6 - when his real father was hospitalized up to when he took back the Golden Spoon from fake Yeo Jin.

- 10 years started when he switched with Tae Yeong again (episode 6, after Ju Hee's father died)

(Sometime between episode 10-12 we'll probably see another time jump, this time to 2022 or 2023.)

Yep. At least as per episode 6, it turns out that the second chance (the 12 months / 1 year) was actually spent when he chose to return.

Initially I understood it as "switching" only. But when the fake Yeo Jin was able to calculate when Seung Cheon will see the old lady again + when she said "I did not expect him to choose to return" (paraphrased), Yeo Jin understood that Seung Cheon "wasted" his second chance (the 12 months / 1 year) by returning.

So now, he just spent his 3rd chance, the 10 years one. By 2022/2023 it will be his final decision to return or stay as Tae Yeong.

So basically:

Seung Cheon is now on his third and final chance.

1st time/chance: 30 days (he switched)
2nd time/chance: 12 months (he returned)
3rd time/chance: 10 years (he switched again)

After the third chance, he has to make one final decision if he will keep the switch or return; after that it's permanent.

As for Jeong Na Ra (a.k.a. the fake Oh Yeo Jin),she is probably consuming her 10 years before the story of Seung Cheon started. I did not pay attention to when the flashback was, but it's probably 1-3 years before Seong Cheon. So by the show's current timeline, fake Oh Yeo Jin is now somewhere 2-4 years out of 10 years.

Yeah. It seems to be the new trend in Asian dramas. Even here in the Philippines previews are similar now, it's annoying.

Instead of the preview being teasers, it is now spoilers because of the multiple episode previews. T_T

It's more or less both.

There are multiple side cases related to the one big case. The killer of the one big case is still unknown; and then there are other murder cases which appears to be related to the mysterious killer of the one big case that started it all.

Nope, you're not alone. They turned some scenes as a flashback for dramatic effect, but the problem is, the time gap is too short for those scenes to be considered a flashback. They end up just confusing people unless the audience is consuming every single dialogue.

Yeah, the way they insert flashbacks is confusing unless they add very telling dialogues (like the meal thing). That scene doesn't have to be a flashback to build up the drama, the time gap is too short for it to be a flashback.

Then the preview quickly destroyed it.

Would've been interesting, lols. Hey, why not? Interesting twist…

LOLs ep5 cliffhanger: Fake Yeo Jin switching with Tae Yeong? OvO

Yeah, it's a weird plot, but seems to be common, although done in different ways still…

1. The "mother" firmly said she naturally gave birth to her two sons.

a. Did she send her two sons to the fake adoption center and later made it appear to Crazy Dog , and everyone else, she adopted them? Or,

b. They really were adopted and she was simply being firm she gave birth to them naturally in case Crazy Dog was secretly recording her?

2. Is Sung Hoon being framed by the real killer? Or, he's remembering things as well and it is controlling him?

3. Is there some "hypnotic" aspect to this show? The memories of the two brothers were sealed and new identities were given. Maybe the original sons died or something? And the "mother" was too crazy she found two boys who looks similar to her real boys and convinced Crazy Dog to let her adopt them?

Then later sent them to a hypnotism expert and gave them new memories? Hence she was firm in claiming she gave birth to them naturally?
