is it really really good ? am on ep3 and i feel bored
If you like parallel world genre, it's one of the best. It's like watching «Fringe» but with a balance focus on both universes (Fringe rarely gave us much other universe plots).
If you're looking for Romance, it's not the main focus of the series. Romance here was only a literary device. However, it does get very romantic in the latter half of the series.
Finally, if you like time travel too, the last 4 episodes will give you a challenge on understanding the time travel rules. I posted an explanation in this show's MDL forums.
To summarize, it's sci-fi + mystery with a touch of crime/detective genre.
Park JiHyun is 30 and Kim GoEun 33, i don't think they'll look much different when they hit 40
Not really. How you look in your 30s is practically how you'll look in your 40s, 50s, and even 60s. Even moreso if you take care of your body, eat healthy food, and do skincare.
Not to mention, good genes.
Besides, Koreans are well-known in making their actors younger and older than they actually are. They mastered make-up and styling just to ensure they don't have to hire another actor. (Although that is changing recently.)
I thought he hadn't started shooting, but it's been over for a long time now. I'm wondering, how many kdramas…
They often finish as many productions as they can in less than a year, then wait for the proper timing to premiere it.
They also have this practice wherein: 1. The shows where veteran actors (even if support role only) are premiered at the same time (the veteran actor lends their popularity to boost the shows); or 2. Actors they want to boost have their shows premiere at the same time. (Like in K-pop idol industry, they will push hard and dominate the market for 3 months, and then silence.)
Usually, only the top networks do a simultaneous filming and premiere, like how it is in the Western industry. They have the means to do that, and they're willing to pay for the exclusive time of the actors (which extends to post-production in case they have to re-film).
For the rest, it's cheaper to finish the entire production before premiering. They don't have to pay the actors for exclusive time, and they don't have to rush editing phase. If they need to refilm, that's the only time they use their extra budget (or request a new one).
E10: Whose plan was it to investigate the ML, the CFO or the ML?
Personally, I'm suspecting that it was the ML. They want his case to be reopened and the best way to do that is to repeat the case. Through it, the old case will be lookid into again and thus the possibility of finding anomalies.
Also, the CFO will more be happy because this time he has nothing to do with it. He'll probably take credit or help the investigation and falling into the trap in the process.
It's impossible to tell based on the ML's reaction since his character is "relaxed" and "calculating". He rarely show his emotions.
I thought so too, but 2 different people 😂 The elevator guy is the head of HR.
No, no, not the elevator.
After the M&A team met the secret buyer, the next scene or two was the ML and the CFO at an office. The ML asked him, "So you knew we were selling the golf club?" The CFO answered, "Yes".
Which was weird because in the beginning of the episode, he told the CFO what task the chairman gave him after they hiked, and he said, "To sell the golf club".
Subtitle translators of #Kdrama needs to be careful when translating 한강 (hangang). 한 (han) is the name & 강 (gang) means "river" so 한강 is "Han River" not "Hangang River".
It's not a tautological hydronym because in official English maps it's written as "Han River". 😁
Would be great if it shows the actual score.
Like, what is "Wow"? 5/10 and up?
Or, divide it by more ranges:
* 9–10 대박! (Daebak!) You are qualified to be born as a Korean in your next life!
* 7–8 Awesome, you're getting there! Get a free course from your local "Korean Cultural Center" language courses!
* 0-2 괜찮아 (gwaenchanha) It's fine, we all start from the beginning.
And so on.
No flaws if you approach it from a different angle. 😀

What's your theory?
After the M&A team met the secret buyer, the next scene or two was the ML and the CFO at an office. The ML asked him, "So you knew we were selling the golf club?" The CFO answered, "Yes".
Which was weird because in the beginning of the episode, he told the CFO what task the chairman gave him after they hiked, and he said, "To sell the golf club".
ML: So, you know we're selling the golf course?
CFO: Yeah
Me: Umm, you told him that after you went down from the mountain.
