Parallel World from the Future

Subtitle translators of #Kdrama needs to be careful when translating 한강 (hangang). 한 (han) is the name & 강 (gang) means "river" so 한강 is "Han River" not "Hangang River".

It's not a tautological hydronym because in official English maps it's written as "Han River". 😁

Chairman switching up on Dong Ju made no sense.Especially when he knows that it was a recent discovery.
Umm.… because he is old, sick, and easily manipulated, which were established weeks ago.

TBH, the most shocking thing was that Chairman Cha was in on it. Dammit. Anyway, SeonWoo is either playing it…
Why was it shocking? They discussed it openly in E13.

Uri was the intelligent classmate in Friendly Rivalry, right? The one wearing glasses?

Wow. It's Bang Dami! I knew she was familiar. 😅🤣 She's perfect for her role. But why is she listed as support? It appears that she's only a guest in E02, and her character's part ended too. Who is she going to be a "support" for?

It picks up from E04, and it's hard to stop from there. Definitely disrupted my routine!

WTF, her saying that criminals always return to the scene of the crime with a smug smile was insane. This time,…
"becausee she enjoys it"

Yes. Remember she is a genius/psychopathic. There is immense satisfaction seeing your work "of art".

She's a psychopath, she believes he's a psychopath as well. So she thinks all his actions against her seems to…
They are both geniuses/psychopathic. The ML kills for personal gain while the FL kills after finding enough reason to do so (basically, they left her with no choice or cornered her).

The ML is right that while thei are the same, they also are not. He knows himself well, and he knows her too well than she knows herself. That difference he's talking about is their principle in life. He'll do anything and everything if it benefits him and satisfies him. But the FL keeps on hesitating, and needs to be cornered or forced to even start thinking of killing someone.

Whats interesting to me is how deokhui says they arent the same and hes right bcs I think their motives to kill…
Finally, two people who actually understands the two and viewing it not from their own personal standards but from the characters' shoes.

Hope is not lost for humanity.

KOPIKO is ruling the kdrama world, wanna know how much are they paying for each channel and their total net worth…
Kopiko, Subway, the elderly bone muscles sachet drink, and that other health drink with tumblers and all, they take turns. It's Kopiko's turn. Subway ended in February. After Kopiko, it's probably going to be that bone muscle sachet thing for the elderly again.

I like the concept, but in reality married couples might use it to get out of debt.
That's where che ks and balances comes into play, as well as the country's laws.

If a country forbids remarrying the person you divorced (there are countries like that), then they won't benefit.

Regardless, the insurance company also must actively prevent divorce if they want to earn from it. Insurances earn from active policies. In a divorce insurance policy, if they divorced, it ends. If they don't, they'll keep paying for it because they'll think they might one day need it.

Not possible. High chance of misuse. And also, it promotes divorce, which should not be the case, but most people…
Actually, it is an insurance loss if people get divorced. In other words, if you want to earn from a divorce insurance policy, you need to help lower the divorce rate. This way, they'll keep paying for it because they don't know when they'll have use for it.

It is doable and favourable for the country to have a low divorce rate.

The only catch is, how to spot scammers. But, even in other insurance types, there are scammers, so…

Anyway, it is doable IRL to have this type of policy. But it depends on the laws of the country. If divorce is as easy and broad as Japan's and the USA's versions, more likely it won't work. But if it is like Korea's with so many safeguards and processes to discourage them, it may work if done right and carefully.

The gas thing is NOT funny. It's gross and makes me almost not want to watch. I hope they tone it down in later…
They had to do it twice because Narae wasn't in the first.

It's like an initiation to the team. Also, he only does that when he's nervous, since time has passed, and they settled down as team members, it probably won't happen again.

And even if it does happen again, well, there really are people in-real-life with that problem. I'm not saying it is fine, but that's what they want. Even in variety shows, some kept farting in certain scenarios, and they kept apologizing, but they can't help it and filming won't be stopped on their account.

No. It was never implied nor hinted. Someone made that assumption and kept telling everyone. 😝
When people say "ex-ex-ex" it is referring to the order. It's no different from "great great great grandfather" for example, it doesn't mean the person considers their grandfather 3x more.

Secondly, it doesn't make sense. The story is about divorce, from a writing perspective, you need a character that went through multiple divorces, but one or two of it wasn't what most people expects (or assumes).

Like his ex-ex wife. They divorced amicably.

Like with his ex-ex-ex wife, they were both matured people, they don't harbour ill feelings. As Narae said, if they harbour ill feelings, it's called inferiority. I say, it is also called insecurity.

His ex wife (the most recent / 3rd) is probably the one that was problematic and chaotic, and the type of divorce people stereotypically expect from divorces / break-ups.

Since it's a romcom, I doubt they'll devote too much time about it.

Enjoyed the second episode, was not as "out" there as the first episode (more normal comedy), only thing I don't…
That was probably it for now, since he does that only when he's nervous. And well, Narae wasn't there in the elevator scene.

Think of it as Narae's "welcome to the party" moment. (Dang, the correct word slipped my mind.)

I like Narae's direct and frank style. That's "inferiority", "insecurity", and so on. People need a straight answer to get things in their head. If we keep on sugar coating the truth, people don't grow and can't move on.
