Started Beyond the bar today, and after 2 episodes I'm liking how the show is unfolding.👍💯So how's it going?…
its good tbh. the cases (mostly) spark some discussion, tricky and not an easy case. but sometimes they just want to show what went along with their vision/topic in an episode, so they could just skip some part of the case in order to do that. the other aspects are okay, not splitting my focus too much between a law show and others.
It's showing you the reality. The guy could have been the murderer of the hit & run case but you need definite…
Tbh, they are making the hit and run case look irrelevant, and i think they could just scrap that and went straight to the euthanasia case. For me, it's just for ragebaiting or noise marketing purpose, because we know the ML was always an objective person who aim for a win whatever it takes from the previous cases. And also, the euthanasia case is just a bridge to give a closure for ML and his ex-wife situation by telling her there is rainbow color in a relationship which also put the focus only on euthanasia case. I dont think there is a problem if they did that and change the opening trigger or even they didnt need to, cuz she just dont want to show her weaker side.

Yep, i know its being realistic. But can they atleast show us the truth? Something confirming like an aftermath scene where the assailant confesses to ML that he was the one who did it or whatever. I'm writing the FL's friend sister case as a comparison, also cuz they are showing the truth by her saying she did that sort of "deliberately".
the hit and run - euthanasia case was mad. being a jerk who abusing the fact of her having alzheimer to win the case and then giving excuse to ease him off but maybe in reality he just want get a case and get extra score from it.
and even the followup scene were giving a lukewarm, non-satisfy reaction. for me it was like "oh, okay., an end closure confirmation of him and ex-wife relationship" (and then, the convo is somehow like a skippable/not memorable convo of an npc in video game). thats it.
just a miss for me (in the last week episodes). more than the next case (the fl friend's sister) which somehow justified cuz she suffered abuse for a long time.
wait... huh??? who was the woman that shows up at the end of ep 6? they keep showing new character at the end of the show and had to wait for a week to know who that was.
or maybe they going to skip the whole competition cuz they have school politics, shooting team, and romance to fit the remain 4 episodes lol. tbh, its hard to fit them unless they going for "second season" with the same goal and netflix would love to have that.
i thought it was only to accommodate the 90s concept when the come back home song appear on the 1st episode, but lee sangwon hairstyle really fit into him.

but having netflix name as their backing could raise the possibility its going to be 2 part or any dumb ideas hahaha.
