its interesting, cuz the main character had to be careful not only about what happened in front of her, but also about the past, are they going to introduce us to a karma concept or they are gonna give her plot armor, etc.
i cant wait for this. i think im addicted to netflix's packaging style, like how they release the episodes on airing time, the editing, the storyline, the casts and how they make them look interesting.

yep, that also one of the reasons, easy cash. if they have another idea/story on that franchise, could be a bit teasing for another 8 episodes sequel, it helps them so the consumer didnt forget their streaming services. it pretty much works on their favor.
although i dont think this one going to have a sequel, so a quick and clean show is good imo.
