im sorry, but they were given option between a speed/stamina based game and strength based game, and they choose the strength one simply because they had higher chance to win rather than 1v1 chasing game that they knew they could easily lose based on the mongol-japan-korean prematch.
Me, too. Imagine the korean team pulled the bridge in 2 mins if I remember correctly. Hmmm. Felt like culinary…
im not trying to think it was a rigged or something like that, but sometimes u just curious over something that looks so simple, "is it really that effective?"
maybe a video from netflix to explain how that works, i think would be interesting.
SK team captain had too much screen time it came to a point that I don’t wanna watch his commentary lol
he is the athlete-entertainer which wasnt really as big as seo jang hoon and kang hodong, but he still did some sports work like shooting sports variety show. but still, there are a lot who want to see him on korea.
in another thought, if seo jang hoon or kang hodong still doing sports, maybe they will be invited (or maybe they already did tried invite them) in this show and grab the spotlight as much as him.
i used to think it would be better if they invite choo sung hoon instead of him in this season, but it is what it is... maybe he is already busy with other schedule or had enough of way too much strength used show haha.
I think we need a specific explanation on how they pull the drawbridge haha..
I feel like what Koreans did was a pretty "simple" yet tricky to do, cuz they only did the pull from far away. Then, the Mongolians did their first attempt with a MOVING cart as the anchor. Even tho its a heavy anchor, it doesnt really help either since it has wheels which could get pulled instead of the bridge. Their second idea was the good idea cuz the log can hold both rope, works as another man body and they could put their own bodies too. The Japans did what normally people did, and they looked doing pretty well on that. At first, i thought the Mongols didnt have any strength left so they couldnt pull normally since they looked like they didnt move the bridge at all at the first try. But then Japans fell short at the end.
Does the Koreans idea better than Mongols initial idea and Japans idea? Did the Japans run out of strength at the end cuz they wasted their energy by pulling like a normal people did? Or just there are strength gap between them 3 teams ? Which doesnt look very clear cuz they physically look pretty similar other than 2 big guy, 1 on Korea, and another on Mongol. But then, the mongols still struggle with that.
its beautiful on how they tied/connected the stories each episode to a poem in the cards. even tho its unsure which one comes first, the stories based on the poem or they has so many poem in the card so they could just pick any card to make a bridge or parting on each episode.
and also, the fact the one who was ended up being the teacher and who stays to preserve the club wasnt the main main character is a way to show that everyone has their own role. even tho, i want/expecting ayase were there. and the main character wasnt the star like her, instead the star regen was on the opposite side (or the star went to the right side, but this is the friend's pov, i dont really remember).
LOL, apparently one does not need any acting skills or passion for acting to become an actor, kdrama logic if…
with so many stories that kpop artists got casted at random places and some actors/actresses were a model before shifting into acting carrier, that might be true.
and then there is 4 with almost the same visual, which makes him more visible.
