no offense, but any other official poster that the team have posted is MUCH more applicable and better suited…
I KNOW, it bothers me too

The more and more I replay the first few minutes of ep 10, the more I grow so fond of everything this drama has…
wait wait wait there's a KISS scene in ep 10??? I'll have to wait for the episode until tomorrow on Viki 😞

Why do I think someone's gonna die between the police officer and his fiance.... Like they're too good and peaceful…
oh yes, I've had this feeling for the past few episodes too πŸ˜“

Honestly, now she left in ep 9, gonna say it again, I might be alone but I actually quite liked Linda/the girl…
yes!! I was watching with suspicion at first, but seems like she's genuinely a nice character who just gave it a shot but backtracked when she was rejected. I'd definitely like to see more second lead characters like that (especially from the female side)

Only 7 episodes are on Viki. I hate how it's sometimes behind, but I'll wait because the subtitles are much better.I've…
I knowww, I'm also still waiting for ep 8 on Viki when a lot of people already watched it elsewhere. At least we're only one episode behind

The tragic buildup for this drama is indeed great - neglectful or abusive parents always create the saddest stories for the children. And when they have no one else to rely on? Ouch πŸ’”

Title Love for You Spoiler
Ok honest talksIs the step siblings thing weird? Yes. But i have been long here to be bothered by it. Atleast…
Very true. It *is* problematic, but I really don't see how else she'd survive. Picking up trash doesn't earn much at all, working at a night gaming cafe would interfere with studies too much (and she needs studies for a chance to escape this life style), so without his support I don't know what else she's supposed to do... After all, her awful mom left her alone and she doesn't even have a place to live other than Chen Yi's home that she also considers her own home now. Plus they're already emotionally attached to each other, so now they both feel that living together is nicer.
I haven't read the novel, so I don't know how things will go from now on, but I'm guessing that the adult arc will probably come soon? Then the dynamics between them should change a little :)

Watched 7 episodes so far, it is indeed sad, but I'm glad that they have each other. Right now they are each other's home <3

she really is the worst mother and really getting too much on the nerves she's like she will even sell her daughter…
she does appear briefly after that, but only in flashback scenes, she doesn't interfere with the "present" time Zhou Wan at all :)

I finished the drama and episode 17 was definitely my favorite. It shows how they could have been without all…
yes yes yes, that's the happiest episode (if you exclude Jiang Yan scenes)

I was planning to watch this but knowing their parents are together romantically..then the kids also get together…
for you knowledge, their parents did plan to be together, but they never truly became family and didn't marry. They separated around the middle of the series and never interacted again, so there's no double-couple in the family or anything like that going on. I recommend to watch it!

well... do you mean the impact of it? the misunderstanding itself? what type of misunderstandings would trigger…
Hello, sorry for the late response

First of all, there are few minor misunderstandings throughout the series that are very small and they get solved rather quickly I would say. The bigger issues come from the lies. The first one actually doesn't have that much of an impact, because the ML seems to forgive the FL for it very quick, he just acts a bit more cocky for a day or two. The second lie is the one which made them break up for 10 years, but that's where the time jump comes in and we see that the ML forgives her pretty quickly (more on that later) because he needs her like air. It is worth noting though, that the FL is not an evil figure here and the lie that broke them apart wasn't malicious, they both truly loved each other and that's just how it happened at that time. This series captured the heartwrenching scenes from both of the character's view very well.

Now coming back to the "present time" ML. He seemingly *tried* to be red flag after seeing her again after that many years because he felt really hurt. But it only lasted about one episode. He just naturally forgives her and even clings to her as if nothing happened. They just both naturally come back to each other and there's no more misunderstandings or lies. Plus the FL makes up for the lie in the last few episodes after seeing the impact that it had on the ML.

So from my point of view they handled everything well enough. This drama in my opinion was very beautiful in many ways: the cinematography, the songs that they used, the originality of some scenes and the acting of course. I totally recommend it, just keep in mind that it's not a fluffy and light drama, though there are so many heartwarming and cute scenes ☺️

The filming will begin in August.
Ah I see, so it will probably take at least 1.5-2 years or more for it to air

At ep 12, so she is risking her life and safety by taking a loan from those goons so that LXX doesn't have to…
I KNOW!! Both of them loved each other so much in their own ways

I get it, the past and the present usually have very different vibes in time skip dramas, that's how I felt about Speed and Love. The good news is that in this drama it partially comes back to what it was because they start bickering again and stuff. It's not the same though, I'll admit

same here... unfortunately, i dont want most people's chill, no-drama 'comfort shows; because the only way to…
you get ittt, though I find myself being able to enjoy both, depending on the mood. I actually don't like dramas where they sparkle the most random temporary drama just for the sake of making it more dramatic, like either give us nothing or commit to it fully! I find a lot of office type dramas doing it πŸ˜“

It was not bad a solid 8/10 so dramatic lol its definitely a DRAMA.Where the guys wearing wigs?😭also Gu meng…
you can never predict who's wearing a wig in cdramas (for the most part) πŸ˜†

as for the drama itself, yes, it had plently of *drama* and trauma in it πŸ₯²πŸ’” it was even toned down from the novel (?) But in my opinion they made up for it with episodes 17-18 and the last few ones too. I think an 8/10 is totally fair, though my personal rating is higher due to my preferances :)
