the coincidence! hahaha, I started this yesterday, it is good with creepy characters. First episode was "wowow, too many characters", however, by episode 2 I was already engaged. I hope it keeps the (good) suspense.
Ichigo is the embodiment of shounen-hero: wants to see people smile, wants peace in the world but will always give a chance to the criminals, wants to save people, etc, etc.
So Ichigo is like Deku, but "more heart and less brain", and Soga is like Todoroki (cool guy who does not want to acknowledge Ichigo but supports him nonetheless). Truth is, I finished this for Ayano Go only (he is so cool here; I wonder why they gave him fake moles under his eye?)
Sadly I have not grown up watching Jdramas since I am from South America and here we have tons of telenovelas :) Still, I loved the nostalgic feeling most of the oldies give me: like the old cellphones, the tacky fashion sense and the unique hairstyle :) I don't know why but I think Pride feels more of an "oldie" than Kimi wa Petto. I guess KWP doesn't feel like an oldie to me. Nice article ! It is always nice to go back in time ^_^
I hope you are aware of the original version of this drama! just for case if not then it was one of the most popular…
oh really? no, i had no idea it was a remake. But my point was for the "rich arrogant guy/poor lovely girl" trope (that has been done to death) only :)
ok i admit I laughed when I've read the plot of Secret Garden... "An arrogant and eccentric CEO and a poor and humble stuntwoman...", not that there are too many with this kind of characters XD
this is one of the account that has plenty: https://twitter.com/MUTEKI_RYUSEI but if you go to the search box and type 初めて恋をした日に読む話 you will get more ^_^
Wow I have not watched half of this list yet! Ie naki ko seems my type and I do have Kaisefu and Good luck as pending. Interesting article, thank you for contributing to my tbw list :)
I like this list, it is quite unexpected. As always, to have a clean image is better than having a pretty face. I like that, this list isn't as shallow as it may have been. I am glad Nakamura Tomoya is getting some recognition, when i first saw him in Shitamachi Rocket I thought he should be a lead actor; he has it all.
