It's the same as the series. But do not expect too much. In my opinion it's way worst than the TV serie, especially in the way the author deals with the most sensitive issues (Type's revenge on Fiat, in particular).

My guess?
- Pued pimped Jane to the Congressman because he felt forced for some reason (maybe he was threatened to lose his position or maybe he was trying to get more power)
- Tan discovered this and for this reason he fought with Pued fight in 1rst episode
- Jane threatened to expose Pued and the Congressmen so one of them had her killed
- Rung suspected (or discovered, maybe because of Pat investigations) Pued involvement in Jane's death and killed him for revenge
- Pat was killed by Congressman's minions while investigating what he found in the memory card he got from Jane
- Police Chief is probably just corrupted

Or, maybe, Rung is working with Congressman in women trafficking (we saw Congressman go to Rung Spa in one episode), so, when Jane threatened to expose Pued and Congressman, she was at risk to be exposed as well. She and Pued could have killed Jane together and then Rung could have killed Pued to prevent him from confess to Bun.

Does any of this make sense? ?
I'm really confused. The more I think about all of this, the more I think new theories...

Khlui and Seo really got forgotten about AGAIN
And thankfully! When Mame remembered about their storyline, she made Seo throw a tantrum like a two-year-old. And he's actually a 25yrs old man.

Am I the only one confused about Champ and Khunpol?
I gave myself an explanation for my own sanity: Champ always thought of himself as aromantic/asexual (he said to Doc that he doesn't know what love is, despite being a grown-up), but then Doc is maybe making him question himself about possibly being demiromantic/demisexual (he also said to Doc that he's in pain at the thought of losing him, so this can hint to a deep emotional bond between them).
I don't know if this make some sense...

This wasn't as good as last season (second seasons rarely are), but I still managed to enjoy all the sweet moments…
Well, the show needed Cir and Phu as substitutes of KengKla (who kidnapped Fiat in the novel) and Tar (who confronted Fiat when he was in Tharn and Type's home while Type was ill). I think that Mame just took the opportunity to show CirPhu couple to promote her novel about them.

A five minute long crying scene just for them to make up in the same part or three minutes later. This is beyond…
Well, this time Doc openly flirted with Champ. Given his usual shyness, it's an improvement to me...

From what I understood, Type was threatening to hurt Fiat's knee, not threatening Fiat with rape. Not that that's,…
@PinkNgold
By Fiat's evil best friends who's implied being Leo (he never appears before in the book): while leaving Fiat with his soon-to-be rapist Leo, Type, Techno, Champ and Kla speak about what's about to happen and Kla says that Leo wants Fiat so much that he's willing to do anything (he implies rape included) to be with him.
It's really a disgusting and horrible scene.

Yeah, but the book is *not* better than this season.
To be brief...
If you truly are an adult, you should consider that every work of fiction is not for its own sake, but can greatly influence the way the public and the society perceives certain situations.
There are research that indicates that constant romanticization of rape, violence and abuse can reinforce rape culture and toxic masculinity.
Moreover, when these tropes are in BL shows/novels/movies, they can also reinforce double standards (the way you perceive an action depends on who the victim is) and the discrimination against male victims of violence.
You should check these topics on google...

Yeah, but the book is *not* better than this season.
I am an adult too and I too know how to differentiate fiction and realty.
But what you don't understand it's that there is literally no problem if a novel and a tv series cover sensitive topics (such as rape, violence, abuse, etc) IF these topics are appropriately dealt.
Romanticising rape and justifying violence and abuse are not appropriate and acceptable ways to deal them. It's really the total opposite.

Yeah, but the book is *not* better than this season.
There are 2 huge problems in the book and I really hope that they changed the plot of the series enough to have deleted both of them. And I say that the book is way worst than the series because of them.
These 2 problems are both about the way Mame solves the storyline between Type and Fiat.

In the book Type makes Kla kidnapp Fiat, blindfold and tie him to the bed, then they (with the help of Champ and Techno) make Fiat believe that he's about to be gang-raped and videotaped, and then Type hits Fiat's damaged knee. In the end, they leave Fiat (still tied and blindfolded) with "a friend" who's willing to do anything to have sex with him, so we know that he's also willing to rape Fiat.

The very first problem that I see in all of this crap is the way Mame writes about sensitive topics such as rape, violence, physical and psichological abuse and toxic relationships. She presents us a scene where is justified to kidnapp and rape someone for revenge.
We know that she romanticizes rape (KlaNo is the "perfect" example) and now she's also justifying extreme violence.
Fiat is despicable, yes, but every damage to Tharn and Type relationship is their own fault, not Fiat's. Fiat is only childish and pushy, but if Tharn and Type had a solid relationship, if they really communicated with each other, he wouldn't have been able to separate them.
What is Mame moral? That rape is wrong only if the victim is "good" or a friend otherwise people deserve to be raped? It's frankly a twisted view...

The second problem is that in this scene Mame goes extremely OOC with every characters.
Type is a victim of child abuse and knows how violence can leave deep psychological scars on people. Considering his whole storyline, it's not believable that he would willingly damage another person in such an horrible way.
And Champ and Techno? Is it believable that they are okay to give a blindfolded and tied person to someone who's going to rape him?

Well... if you are speaking about minor conflicts, yes, I agree, but major conflicts (particularly Fiat - still there - and Type boss -just resolved) were being built since ep. 1...
The ending of an episode just have a little "suspense" in order to build the hype for the following episode.

Are you speaking about the novel?
I hope not because it is one of the most horrible plot that Mame could write: it involves kidnapping, violence , physical and psychological abuse and probably also rape.
In addition to this, all characters go totally OOC because there’s absolutely no reason for their behaviour.

This is not something anyone should be okay with. It’s just twisted and totally wrong.

Actually Mame said that they changed the plot a lot so I really hope that we won't se the same garbage that she wrote in the novel.
She's not able to deal angst and she doesn't know how to deal matters such as rape, violence, toxic/abusive relationships, consent and abuse yet she likes to throw them in her novels like stones in a pond: messily and stupidly.
The way she resolved Type and Fiat storyline in the novel is frankly disgusting and all the characters involved were heavily OOC. I really hope that they changed it in the series...

I see that a lot of people are willing to drop (or have already dropped) the series. To be honest, I didn't enjoy…
Type was drinking because he missed Tharn and he just went through a lot of stress. Not a healthy way of copying, but it's plausible.
I agree with you about the disappointment about the trope "alcohol&misunderstandings" and this season plot (actually I'm disappointed by all latest Mame's storylines) but I also read the novel and let me say that I'm very very very grateful that they changed the plot in the series.

I mean u saw the flashbacks he looked for the files and realized what the boss done.
Doc switched the report when it still was in Type office, before Type gave him to his boss. Then the boss said that he wrote the report himself so it was clear that he was lying.

EDIT: to be more clear...
Doc wrote a faux report in 2 copies and gave one of them to his uncle, the director. The other copy was switched with the real report wrote by Type before Type gave it to his boss.
Type boss only read the faux report written by Doc and then said to the director that he was the author.
