For some dramas, like modern dramas, 24 episodes is just right. For Xianxia, Wuxia and historical dramas 40-60…
hollywood series with multiple seasons, yes i have watched them. cant say they have different storylines in different seasons, rather different arcs of the same story. so i dont get your point.

i don't remember if drama fans had any arguments back then but i do know that novel fans did. apparently, the…
the thing about the drama that satisfies me the most is, how there wasnt a series of unappreciated sacrifices from anyone. fl sacrificed for both ml n 2ml. 2 ml n ml both sacrificed for her. the degrees were different of course but it wasnt the fl endlessly taking advantage of the 2ml n sacrificing for ml who doesn't do shit. balanced love triangle i would say.

I'll always recommend The Untamed for the chemistry lollDramas with Zhao Lu Si, she's got some great chemistry…

Looking at the love story of the main characters, it's clear that Dong Hua and Feng Jiu are better. Feng Jiu wasn't…
actually their stories are entirely different. bai qian was willing to do everything for her master, so to me personally her love story with ye hua didnt really sell. ye hua played it safe mostly, but yes his devotion and love for bai qian was real. he made considerable amount of sacrifices for her but i dont remember her doing such things for him. she was proud and vengeful. dont get me wrong, i love el, have rewatched it like 8 9 times, i love bq more than any fl i have watched so far. but thats my personal choice. comparing 2 dramas, im keeping it real.
bfj made countless sacrifices for dh, n even tho dh was quite a jerk in some eps, once he fell for her, he was completely down. he didnt even care about his own life. so yes their love story was a lot more believable as their efforts for each other matched.
in terms of angst and drama, eternal love takes the award. in portraying selfless love, elod beats el.

Title Eternal Love
Just finished watching and love it❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 I was captivated by the chemistry between Ye Hua…
try the double. not xianxia, but a recent dark horse imo. im guessing u have already watched the good old classics elod, love and redemption, love n destiny, ancient love poetry and immortal samsara. also if u havent already, id also suggest legend of fuyao, one of my absolute favorites, incredible chemistry that got me hooked n rewatched it but lost count of it. these xianxias are just some of my top favs of all times.

xuannu? nah that character was greedy n jealous from the very start. so it makes sense that she crossed all limits of evil

imo fu jiuyuns character is just a playboy and has no real intentions while flirting with fl. in loty too he used to be like that. so he cant be counted as a love interest.

By the end of the book and the anime, it will be a happy ending. "I am the moon, you are the sun, forever together…
that gives me a bit of hope but cdramas can always create tragedies for us.. i guess we can just wait n hope for a beautiful happy ending
On A Moment but Forever Apr 6, 2025
i guess ep 26 is where this one should've ended for us to have a happy ending. coz from what cdramas follow, the rest of the eps will in no way give us a happy ending. oh well gotta prepare my tissues for the next 6 eps

thats a plotline that could've been totally cut off. instead should've given that time to the rest of the characters.

I also don't like how self-centered and cold-hearted he is. Pei Jiu and Yiunnang both deserved to know to the…
in the situation that pei jiu woke lu chen up, they were not exactly in a position to give her a closure, right? he didnt want to do it yet he did it to protect her. and lu chen clearly remembers everything. so when she came to return the book to him, he could've very well given her the closure she needed but he chose to not tell her and pretend he doesn't remember their time together.. ml wanted lu chen back but i dont think it was ever said that if lu chen wakes up he will definitely forget his life as pei jiu. yes he would go back to being lu chen, but that could be all while remembering his life as pei jiu, which is exactly what happened.
