How accurate do you think this article is? They had the licence for a while and could air early January instead…

Title Novoland: Pearl Eclipse
To put into context, the other teacher disciple dramas that didn't do it for me were Journey of a Flower, One…
I sort of do relate to u.. the only teacher student dynamic that really worked very well to me was bai qian and mo yuan from eternal love, though it was a one sided thing.. the others i really did feel meh.. here in npe, i don't like the master all that much.. and can't help but compare yang mi's performance to that in legend of fuyao

i know this part that you mean.. we didn't exactly see anyone else using such spells so may be it was exclusive…
We do have the same views about shanggu.. well about baijue all we can do is speculate and assume, since they gave us an ending like that

i know this part that you mean.. we didn't exactly see anyone else using such spells so may be it was exclusive…
That would depend on whether he still possessed them after he came back from the dead.. but yeah shanggu is supposed to be the strongest of them all but i don't think she ever really used her power to the absolute highest limit or even learnt to do that.. so who knows.. after all baijue had thousands of years where he actually trained himself a lot, but shanggu didn't really reach that level as far as i think .. my opinion tho
