After the whole Min Soo thing, JungxSeol meet up and Jung says 'I'll always be waiting for you right here, until you decide to come closer.' Then Seol says 'Wait you're gonna stay where you are and I have to come closer to you?' This scene compared to the precap where Seol and Jung are running towards each other with the monologue 'I missed you loads' and both are crying. I thought the whole contrast was really well done, it's the first time i felt Jung wasn't acting like Jung. He's emotional, he's willing to compromise - or meet Seol somewhere in the middle. It's not Jung's way or the highway anymore. :P
It was actually my sister who pointed this out. When we were watching the precap she goes 'Wait, didn't he say that he'll wait for her exactly where he's standing? So has he changed his mind?' and I was like 'No, this is the writer's way of telling us that Jung is changing.' I thought it was a master stroke, because we haven't really seen a lot of character development in Jung lately.
I enjoyed it because of Aaron Yan and his chemistry with Puff, along with the amazing second male lead. They used every formula in the book for this one, and most of it worked, I thought.
*watching a kdrama where a guy pins a girl to a wall*
Other guy: Bro is that really effective?
Main guy: That kind of wall-pinning business? No, only crazy bastards do that...
Me: OMFG what on earth did I just hear?..Bahahahahahaha. I'm still laughing.
I love how they just made fun of a Kdrama cliche. :P
This show gets brownie points just for these sorts of scenes.
Watching all of them next week, they sound great! I've only seen a handful of Asian films so far, they've all been melodramas or thrillers so these would be a good change.
Sometimes I wonder why I always come back to check this page. Best drama ever, I still haven't fully moved on…
You're not alone. I stalk this page along with everything Healer-related on the web lol.
Btw I read a comment of yours somewhere on MDL where you recommended someone to watch What Happens to my Family. I was curious and started it, and really liked it even though family drama wasn't really my thing. Thanks for that. :)
Although I'm really enjoying this drama, I do hope that we start getting more clarity before we get close to the…
I actually like the mystery, it keeps me hooked. But yes some clarity would be nice, I definitely would like the stalker gone. I think that'll be resolved in the next episode because Jung knows about Young Gun stalking her again.
I'm still wondering why Seol, Eun Taek, Bora hadn't reported the stalker to the police, last year. Just a bit…
That's what i thought because Shin Min Ah's character said the same thing in OMV when her stalker went scott free from the police station.
Oh ok that makes sense, so she had no video/audio evidence to get him in. Still I wish Eun Taek had reported it. since he'd witnessed Young Gun stalking Seol all the way home.
Thanks for replying oyaaaji, appreciate it. :)
I feel that way about Misaeng, I Hear Your Voice and Queen In Hyuns Man. They've just been really hard to finish. The first was too negative, second was just not interesting and third I had no idea what was going on + too cheesy. I have seen IHYV's writers other work and enjoyed it. I also cannot sit through sageuks. I tried both Nirvana In Fire and Six Flying Dragons and couldn't watch more than 10 minutes - and everyone I know says these are two great shows.
I'm still wondering why Seol, Eun Taek, Bora hadn't reported the stalker to the police, last year. Just a bit curious because i saw the same thing happen in Oh My Venus, does Korea have a criminal code on intimidation yet?
I liked how Seol said nothing came easy to her. Her grades, her friends and everything else.

Kim Shin Hyeok
Gong Tae Kwang
Shin Se Gi
Oh Ri On
Go Bok Dong
The second lead in R1988
... and now Baek In Ho.
Heart breakers. :/
Jung Kyung Ho is so much hotter up close. Seriously why is he so good looking? I think I'm gonna love his Soo Hyuk as much as Jung Shi Hyun.

Great article OP, well done. :P

Some shows just aren't for everyone.
Such a lovely show. Great story and great performances.
