First of all it was real, the makers and the actor Charles dance said it was real he is a hunter in real life and used his prey as the prop therefore getting around the regulations he is in fact gutting a real deer. Second of all why bring rape into this that has nothing to do with the conversation of course rape is evil end of discussion on that. My point is that Hollywood and other large media groups can get away with loop holes like the deer scene because they have a lot more money and as you said they have regulations which make people believe that they act in an appropriate way.

There is some of that but not a whole lot. His wife and him have a complicated relationship she wants more power and his whole idea of governing is that he need to maintain power and eliminate threats to that power, so I would say it’s hard to label.

I don’t get all the talk about animal abuse, honestly it’s sad to see an animal die but it’s only getting called out cause it was on this show. Other shows (like game of thrones for example) have animals killed as well except those were not accidents but intentional. The scene when Tywin Lannister kills and guts a deer, that was a real deer! People are only outraged because the show is less well known and there are not big actors.

Can’t tell if that was sarcasm or not if not- China and Taiwan have a long history of tension, Taiwan and China have a dispute over their independence and China has attempted an “invasion” basically the U.S. intervening stoped it a long time ago and ever since all there countries have had some hostilities ever since. However recently U.S. diplomats went to Taiwan and China threatened to shoot them down but they still went which made China fire rockets over Taiwan airspace (technically that is an act of war but did not case one) which re-started the whole problem from the 80s and 90s.
