This show made me cringe. I am okay if the characters start out immature and naive but at some point they should learn and grow, issues should be overcome and learnt from. However, these characters do neither. Nao never gains self respect, confidence or healthy feelings from her relationship with Uehara and in turn he remains emotionally unattached, distant and void.
He calls her stupid - She is! End of story.
