SOKP wasn’t film with normal angles. What I meant by how well it did was the fact they broke records and reach 10,310 heat index when it’s just an A level drama. The Starry Love also have weird angle and lights. The leads weren’t traffic star. I watched Ashes of Love quite long ago, but I remember it was decent and didn’t have his signature weird angles and lights. But I could be wrong since it’s a while ago. It’s just what I notice and not necessarily true.

In order to go on trending and bring people to talk about the drama so it won’t go unnoticed. If you look at Ashes of Love, The Long Ballad and The Blue Whisper, he film normally and actually look good. During SOKP variety show, Bai Lu said that he’s going trending again because of Xie Wei’s soul splitting episode 4 years ago. Make me believe it even more. With how well SOKP did, Bai Lu’s popularity, and it’s a S IQIYI production, think he will film it normally and do well.
