The person who he admired was killed by his hands, the guilt he feels can't be washed away until he finds the source. Nan Lan didnt understand him, its understandable she is a woman who needs her husband by herside.

I really enjoyed the bowl fighting scene. Slowly the leads are falling for each other. Liang Jie acting is pretty good here. This is the first time I have seen her play this type of role, and she is doing so well!

I wonder what else they will change. I think they may change some events just to keep the story interesting since most people who read the novel know what will happen. I am okay with that too, the novel itself and other adaptations were not that exciting. There are many adaptations of MRF, Patrick Tse was probably the closes to MRF from the novel, the worst is Alex Fong for me,,,, okay that whole drama was a hot mess. Anyhow, I agree that MRF has a different aura here and I actually really like it. Okay maybe I am biased lol, but i like LYS's interpretation of this character. I feel he gives a more humble/human feel for MRF. I love it when he pops on the screen and when people find out who he is, his motion when he expresses his martial arts is very heroic.like ...so sorry for blabbing so much. <3

Maggie Huang plays these kinds of characters well, she is so pretty and underrated. Although I know the outcome of this pairing, I still enjoy the chemistry they are sharing lol Some may wonder why how can someone like MRF fall for someone in 10mins, well the guy has been obsessed with martial arts, and finding the killer behind his buddy murdered her doesn't have time for a love life. So when he sees a pretty lady that risks his life and reminded him what he thinks true love is, hah he went for it! Better than arrange marriages? Anyway, I have completed the six episodes. Very much enjoyed it. The story about the goose had always been a disturbing story. I am happy with Qin Junjie as Hu Fie so far. And I am so glad Liang Jie is playing a less annoying bratty character. I am enjoying her Yuan Zi Yi so far! Random question- Spoiler- If Hu Fei is so strong how come he allowed Yuan Ziyi to throw him that easily in the water? And why was he wearing shoes around his neck and not his feet?
