Amazing drama with top tier acting, cinematography and writing. Not sure why people have gripes about the body swap when this was clearly marketed and mentioned as a historical version of Secret Garden right from the jump. And if anything, the body swap wasn't just "random" and for comic relief, there's an actually purpose for it, with the ties with the red flower stuff and for the two main characters to walk in each others' shoes with emotional depth behind it.

Curious to see who the male lead will be, since it seems like this character in this adaptation/remake will have a bigger role than the original drama. Premise also fits thriller to a T, and personally I actually like that Jung Chaeyeon chose this drama over New Employee Chairman Kang. Not that the other is a bad drama or anything, but she's the main lead in this one, whereas the other one is a bigger focus on the ML, and this genre is one that's a lot more fresh and we haven't seen her in.

Director followed Jongwon and Doyeon on IG few days ago, so leads are prob confirmed and filming is starting soon/already started

Filming was already done last week. Delay was due to the playoff KBO baseball game, which pushed To The Moon's last episode by one extra week, and delaying Moon River's premiere.

No confirmation or rumours yet but don't believe so. Kim Doyeon looks to have cut her hair short for her role in Dora (film with Sakura Anko, directed by July Jung) and looks to still be filming.

It's not a mistake. There's a KBO playoff game on the 24th, pushing ep 11 of To The Moon to 25th, and last episode to next week the 31st. And wild of you to make these assumptions about expectations when MBC takes pride in historical dramas and they literally started some early promotions such as script reading and teasers of Moon River before the previous airing drama "To The Moon" even started broadcasting yet..

OST lineup and medley is out! Based on the songs and the second and third teasers that are already out, I think this may be a cry fest rather than the straight romcom that everyone thought it would be 😭😭

Originally casting was Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee. Went through a few other possible cast changes like Kim Ji Won, but now finally main two leads are Jeon Do Yeon and Kim Go Eun.

Are there any female leads in the webtoon? Saw some comments from Korean's side of things and many people were saying there's no major female leads and was wondering what role it could be for the female lead, or if they're making changes from the webtoon.

Some news article came out and said she was confirmed but then looks like she declined the role and they offered it to Lee Joo Myung

It's unfortunate that he had a bad run of dramas as the main lead after DOTS. But this could be a good one for him, since he's the main villain and sometimes it's actually easier to standout as villain as opposed to being the main protagonist. Maybe he can be like Namkoong Min and get back in the limelight as a villain.

Mr Gye Bin from Business Proposal and Sejeong reunion as father and daughter.. and also looks like Kim Nam Hee (from Reborn Rich) is gonna be the King in this one.. Jin Goo as the main villain. Fantastic sub-casting all around

sports dramas as you would expect, good comedy parts, but feels like anyone who actually plays sports or knows rugby would be cringing hard. feels like the writer and director don't know the sport at all and are applying generic sports storylines to an unfamiliar sport and feeding it to an audience, knowing that typical koreans/kdrama fans aren't familiar with the sport.

There's hope but isn't One Piece like one of their biggest live action Netflix or anyone has ever done lol. Pretty sure it's like the biggest investment and budget ever as compared to this Kdrama, still a rather niche genre at the end of the day.

Chuu was the only interesting part of this series and lowkey they were using Arin as a name to promote the show when she was absent for most of the show and only "return" as the girlfriend once in a blue moon or in flashbacks, and quickly she turns back to the male form.
