well honestly i havent read the novel but i have read spoilers and its quite different from the drama because in the novel li zan and benjamin have a closer relationship than in the drama and in one circumstance (idk the exact details sorry) benjamin sacrifices himself to save li zan (they torture benjamin to death) so idk what will happen in the drama, i guess they will try to soften the situation and only ben will need to use a wheelchair idk

the dynamic of benjamin and dr pei is almost identical to that of benjamin and saxin. literally benjamin talks jokingly with the dr and she totally ignores him giving him annoying looks, saxin also does the same.... so what is "disgusting" in the harmless opinions of people who say ben and saxin have chemistry... just say u guys are homophobic even for simple fictional characters plus what are u afraid of if the production is chinese, in other words, just as homophobic as u are, why do u think they make ben and saxin canon?
