I think he's trust worthy too, I'd be very surprised if he betrayed her because they are not taking it that way at all at the moment. I also think what we've learnt up till know explains his obsession for money. I think he and In Soo have some much chemistry, I'd be surprised if the rights didn't take that anywhere - especially as you said after how he reacted in the ER. I'd be so annoyed if he became the stereotypical "you thought you could trust me, but I was lying" guy.
