It's interesting how lots of people have different views on this drama. I love that for some of us the cliché rom-com is perfect (even if the drama itself isn't a perfect masterpiece if that makes sense), whereas for other kdrama lovers this one will seem too recycled and not very inserting. This drama is tropey but the acting is great, the cinematography is stunning and while it is certainly not the best script ever written it is very enjoyable. For me, this drama is the perfect summer romcom and the episodes are just fabulous. That said I think its cool that everyone can view a drama differently.
I just finished this and you know what, it wasn't the best writing or the best acting by far BUT I really enjoyed it and it's gotten me out of my drama slump. I did skip little bits here and there. Oh and defiantly don't take it too seriously.
Definitely recommend if you want a very fast paced, easy-going romance (the chemistry is pretty good too)

Yeah, because I know it's like "opposites attract" drama and in the teasers they seem to have met before, but I still have no idea what we're getting ourselves into 😂
The chemistry between them already looks amazing! I just know this is going to be the romantic kdrama of the year! Just what I need (honestly dying for a good romcom)! They look amazing and the teaser is visually beautiful.
One thing I will say: Don't go into expecting an adaptation of the classic novel of the same name. You will be disappointed. I have read a number of comments under this drama where people express their dissatisfaction at this and I think it is important to address. There are a few tiny minuscule similarities but that is it. I think it would be better to look at it from the perspective of it focusing on the lives of women who don't have power over their own lives. I also hope this perspective helps anyone who feels frustrated over the dissimilarities between the two.
