Thanks. I'm ten minutes into ep 8 and have the same concerns. Really on the fence about continuing. I understand that 1 and 2 were hard acts to follow but this has no character as a medical drama and the personal rivalries are contrived and tame.
I feel like I might as well have stayed home and watched Chicago Med ("at least one HIPPA violation per episode and one felony or malpractice per character per season"). I figure it doesn't get better.
Apparently the doctors/hospital situation in SK is not good right now, so South Koreans would not be in to this…
I don't have any special information on its status but everything that's already been sunk into it is basically dead money until advertisers and broadcasters pay up. Even if they're most of the way there they'd still hold up post production to preserve liquidity for other projects. And of course public opinion may turn really hostile if it does an end run around the domestic audience and airs internationally first.

Production is nearly all upfront expense. No producer can afford the outlay for such an ambitious project without a secure domestic market to ensure that it breaks even rapidly.
In which episode do they get together and is there a happy ending??? Please anyone...
They don't get together as much as their paths converge until they're next to each other. If your happy ending needs moonlight kisses or wedding bells and roses you're not watching the right series.
I found it incredibly rewarding without any need for overt romance. If you can find satisfaction in things coming together and people finding their place then this is for you.

Looking forward to RP myself though I can't imagine anything topping HP2.
