When I look away from the forced hints of romance that don't fit here at all, I wonder if everything is okay with…
I agree. I feel like the writing is a bit messy due to the sci-fi genre. It's as if the writer also forgot what they wrote. As far as the romance thing goes it would hold up soo much more if they had just gotten a completely different actress for the mother. It also made me wonder if the writer intended for her to be the mother then thought back because there was a discrepancy in YTY age and decided to make her not the mother. I think they bit off more than they could chew. Also, the groups and things that are at play haven't gotten fleshed out at all. They're focusing too much on the YTY character and son as he is constantly trying to save her. They need to flesh out characters more. I'm getting frustrated.
if you ask me. yea.. yoon tae yi is the mother of Park Jin Gyum.it is the same person..my worried is... Park Jin…
This could just be me but I think the writer confused themselves. Her timeline isn't making sense to me unless she travels to 2050 to start working for Alice and the 2020 timeline is actually her real timeline.
After finishing Dark a month ago, I've truly made it my mission to avoid anything that has time-travel in it (for…
Do it. It's worth the try. The actors are good even if the writing is a bit confusing. If you are curious I've written a review at: https://www.dramaaddictscorner.com/post/alice. Maybe it help your decision.
Hello! I have just written a review of this interesting drama based on what has happened so far. Stop by and read it, even if you haven't there aren't any spoilers, and if there are I usually put a warning sign so you can skip. You can read it at: https://www.dramaaddictscorner.com/post/alice
Why do you think Ryu Jin is trash? He’s a coward, yes, but not necessarily trash. He’s done quite a bit for…
I hadn’t watched the new episodes. I didn’t know they hadn’t. But he thought they had and until the last episode we also thought they slept together. My bad. Should have watched first.
Why do you think Ryu Jin is trash? He’s a coward, yes, but not necessarily trash. He’s done quite a bit for…
Ryu-Jin was sure they had slept together. She ran away and has been away for the last 14 years. Some kids randomly shows up, he recognizes her name, and he does the math. He honestly thought HaNee was his. He didn't confuse her. She confused herself. He's not even said anything to her. As far as his love for Aejeong he was a HUGE coward. He did know her and love her first. He didn't hate Dae-Oh until she told him that he cheated on her. Not to mention this time around she isn't married nor is she dating anyone. He even asked Dae-Oh twice if he didn't have any feelings for her. So, he started to pursue. Dae-Oh decided to stop lying to himself and others later. As @DramaLovers has stated breaking the friendship was shitty. The deleted message was also not in his right but he felt like he couldn't watch her suffer anymore. You also have to remember that she told him everything that was going wrong in the relationship. She even slept with him (that was consensual she may have just done it for comfort but he loved her and he thought that was his chance). He did admit that some of his decision was selfish, but we've all done stupid and wreck-less things when it comes to love and someone we want. He didn't know she was pregnant. If he did he most likely would have let her go knowing it wasn't his. He is a coward, not trash.
Omg I caught up to this week's episodes and yes finally some progress! What Ae Joung did this week she should…
Why do you think Ryu Jin is trash? He’s a coward, yes, but not necessarily trash. He’s done quite a bit for both Dae-oh and Ae-Jeong. He’s loved her and was stupid for not saying anything sooner though. I don’t know. I can understand him a bit and it’s infuriating to watch but I don’t think he’s trash.
I am loving this series. Is it me or is the creepy lady who just showed up at the mental hospital seem an awful lot like Ko Mun-yeong? It may just be me, but I am suspecting that she is her mom. Also, I am really enjoying this series. I love the acting and the overall ambiance of the story. Episode nine was hard for me to watch though. . . Anyway, take look at a review I wrote for this series at: https://www.dramaaddictscorner.com/post/it-s-okay-to-not-be-okay .
I only watched this drama because of Jun (U-KISS stan here) but I kinda ended up enjoying it for the great female…
Yes!!! I had a problem with Kang Woo too! In the review I wrote about the series I specifically mention how his spoiled child act was really annoying. My review is at: https://www.dramaaddictscorner.com/post/good-casting if you're interested.
I absolutely enjoyed this drama. I feel like after all the excitement and let down for King Eternal Monarch this series definitely held my attention and was even better executed. I know it's not a perfect drama there are a few things that bothered me. But if you're interested and looking for something to watch definitely try it out. It has an old school vibe and a whole Charlie's Angels feel to it. If you like Charlie's Angels, and i'm talking the old school ones not the failure of a film with the terrible Kristin whats her face, you'll enjoy this. Read my review I go into more detail about what I liked and dislike. No, I don't write any spoilers. I try to remain spoiler free! Review: https://www.dramaaddictscorner.com/post/good-casting
There is a lot of controversy about this drama, but I'm enjoying it. I do have my problems with it but so far i'm not near the dumping it stage. I totally agree. Yuri said she brought the light back but to be honest the light was a very dim one. He may like her, but I’m none too sure about the love part. He seemed to be very shaken after yuri death and very much a shell of his former self. I even briefly had a thought that he was using MJ like a live in baby sitter.
I’m getting a little impatient with the whole Gangwha and Yuri avoidance thing. I know he’s remarried but dude what the hell? The supposed love of your life returns and we’ve got nothing. He doesn’t even try to solve anything. Everyone has had a healthy and understandable reuniting with Yuri and I can’t help but feel cheated a bit on Gangwha’s part. I need them to do something between these two. I need more. Nothing is getting resolved with these two at the moment.
This is my theory that only one of them flat lines, and I think it’s Se-ri because if you look at Jeong Hyuk’s facial expression towards the end his face changes, whereas Dan’s emotions are still the same. I REALLY hope this doesn’t end like Romeo and Juliet (even though it was referenced earlier) that would be just cruel. I am hoping that they can keep with that one hope from the actress that the one true love always returns (they always find/come back to each other).
