Falling into Your Smile: 1/6/24 ~ 1/16/24

I have watched this show multiple times and have even shown it to my little sister because of how amazing it is. While romance is one the main plots it doesn’t completely take over the story. This show also shows things such as friendships and the FL leads struggle when entering professional gaming. This was something I really liked because it allowed her to actually have depth as a character. I also like how we got to see her actually building a friendship with her teammates instead of them just welcoming her, especially given the reason as to why she was needed. Lastly I love how their relationship between the two characters made sense, and you can sorta notice when a shift in their relationship happens. Even with this it doesn’t effect there ability as professionals which is something I also really like. Also the side character’s relationship was really sweet, seeing how while the 2fl didn’t understand gaming was actually able to adapt to it because that’s what the 2ml was into. Also seeing him stick up for her even though he knows she can defend herself was really sweet. I also love how unapologetically rich she is, she knows she has money and doesn’t try to hide but still is down to earth which we can really see in her friendship with the FL.

Doom at your service: 5/13/25 ~ 6/22/25

I kept seeing this drama all over TikTok so I figured I would give it a try, since everyone was giving it such high praise. The beginning few episodes were a little hard to get into mainly because there was so much story building with not really much story progression, also because it’s a sad story considering what the FL is going through. However as the story progresses I found myself heavily intrigued and staying up late to watch every episode. This drama showed the harsh reality of looming death through the FL and the reactions of everyone around here were very real and heartbreaking. Especially when it came to how the FL tried to hide it at first, since she didn’t want to worry about anyone. Besides that the way romance between the FL and ML made sense, since it was gradual and something that felt natural and not forced. Two people who spend so much time together are bound to care for each other and even make sacrifices, as we see they do for each other. I also like how in the end the ML becomes human, because it allows him to grow old with FL. It something so simple but holds so much meaning. Lastly the side couple was very cute though at times there drama felt a little unnecessary and kinda didn’t really fit into the story. It was like two dramas being meshed into one instead of two story’s taking place inside one drama.

20th Century Girl: 6/8/2025

I went into this movie already knowing the ending because i had seen it all over TikTok. This however did not stop it from hurting any less, since I still sob every time I watch it. This is because of the way the story builds up to it. You see the ML and FL first become friends, it’s not this instant attraction that makes no sense but instead a gradual one. It funny at times and a little embarrassing at other times. It also becomes the main reason the ending hurts because once they fall in love they aren’t given the opportunity to really explore it since he’s leaves, making them have to go long distance. As time pass they still communicate until they don’t and eventually the FL, tries to move on and seeing how she isn’t was relatively because when you love someone so deeply you can’t forget them. In the end we find out why they stopped talking, and knowing everything makes it hurt even more. Knowing that it wasn’t either of their fault but instead something completely out of their control. A story which should have got a happy ending but didn’t because of life.

Always Home: 8/2/25 ~ 8/13/25

This drama covered a lot of things very well. It showed grief and how you may be able to move on but it is always there, even when many years have passed. It showed sacrifices how both kids and parents sometimes have to make difficult choices because of circumstances. It showed friendship, even though at times it was frustrating that’s the harsh reality of true friendship. Lastly it showed love and how it’s something that takes time and work, how even when people may want it to work it may not because it’s not meant to be. However on the contrary it also showed that just because something is easy doesn’t mean it will always be, as it also needs attention. The ending also shows the harsh truth of time, how people may once be close will grow about because of life. Overall this drama showed life as it is, how things can be hard but also an be good, how people struggle and how people succeed.

Lovely Runner: 7/15/2025 ~ 7/16/2025

I really enjoyed watching this show, by that I mean I finished it in the matter of two days. The romance between the two main characters was amazing and the storyline was something new. It was also cool to see how little actions really changed the future, such as the development of the second couple. I also like how dedicated the FL and the ML were to each other, so much so that the ML loved her in every timeline. It was something so small but it made their romance so sweet. I also like the 2ml cause while he liked the FL he understood she didn’t feel that way for him and instead decided to remain as friends. It was something really cute and not seen very often. Also I loved how selfless the FL was since she was ready to give up everything for home to be safe even though that hurt her. The only frustrating thing was how she wouldn’t tell him things a times but made sense since she was scared. In the end the way they get their happy ending was really sweet and the proposal scenes was one of my favorite of all times.

The Glory: 5/18/2024 ~ 5/30/2024

I know this show was separated into two parts but because of the time when I watched it I consider it as a whole since it does not have separate seasons. The story itself was something that I had never watched before so I went in not really knowing what to expect, minus the fact that people really liked the show. After watching it can see why since I also love the show as well. The FL was simply a badass and did not wavier when it came to take her revenge which is something I really like. It not only the fact that she didn’t wavier but stuck to what she planned to do, making sure they all felt the world around them crumble. The thing I loved however the most was the fact that while there was romance they did not try to make it a key point but instead a very minor point, and also it was not pointless. It wasn’t like she fell in love and took out her revenge separately but instead the ML stood by her side and helped take her revenge. Which as twisted as it sounds made their love story all the better even though it was barely shown. Now on to the heavier topic which is the bullying it talks about, it sad how realistic it can be in not only the fact it happens but how it get easily brushed aside with out anyone caring.

When I Fly Towards You: 1/28/2024 ~ 1/30/2024

This will forever be my favorite show, I rewatch at least once every couple of months. This is simply because it has everything you could want in a show. The romance is amazing and the chemistry is very there but not in an overpowering way but one that fits the ML and FL vibe. There is also so much friendship and those scenes have to be my favorite because it just makes me wish to have something like that. Also the secondary couple is so cute in the way the care for each other even though it took them a while to get there, I know I’m not saying a lot buts it’s simply because I can’t put into words how amazing this drama is but instead I just recommend that everyone watches it.

All of Us Are Dead: 1/5/23 ~ 1/6/23

I’m probably really biased when it comes to my review because of how much I love this show, so much so that I can’t not find a single flaw in it. While it was frustrating at times it was because of how realistic it truly was. Our main group is kids who are in school when a zombie outbreak happens, while they are smart they are also just kids which is something that can be seen through their actions at time. It also makes it all the more heartbreaking as we see how they are forced to grow up in such a short amount of time cause of what is happening. People sacrifice themselves for others and many die because they were simply unlucky. It makes everything heartbreaking and I cry every time I watch. They are not the only group that we follow as we also see the military and the police officer with some other people, as well as the FL father and his team. Through the police officer we see the creator of the virus and learn many heartbreaking things, we also see how people can be idiots and make stupid choices. Though most heartbreaking of all we see a mother’s love through two children who moms were turned into zombies and had to hope that someone would save their children. This is also something we see through the FL dad as even when him and his group are taken to safety he goes back out to save his daughter since she is all he has left. Lastly we see the military and as frustrating as it was they actions they took were very realistic. They had to make hard choices many couldn’t and we see that through the lead military guy his they can haunt you. In the end when our main group is saved we see how there trust in adults in gone, since they were abandoned in there time of need.
