Ahahha he was good looking as the prince in Scarlet heart years back but I didnt dig the hair. But I think this role really really becomes him! And he was decent in the modern dramas as well. I think both are good actors.

Just came across an explanation that said that Shen li used to appear with a spear but once XZ came back from his demise, she started to be shown with the fan (Like at Mdm Jin), it is because she was already pregnant. She kept fanning herself because pregnant women feel hot easily. Plus she kept winning at the games because pregnant women are deemed to be lucky. How interesting is that for tiny details!

Yes his wry humour is so cute! But its neat, SL clearly has a thing for powerful men. Her dad is badass and her husband is an Ancient God. hahahha I wonder about their kids! :)

Iām not into xianxia, should i watch this drama?
It depends, I don't watch them either but this one is really quite special. I suggest you try a few episodes (although the start can be slow for some people.. it gets good from episode 8 onwards) Its also a happy ending so you can watch with ease.

true true. Eh typical xianxia for me is the complicated relationships and misunderstandings and bad or confused/rushed endings. So this one is a bit special for me. But you are right. Maybe its not "typical" we should judge each drama on its own. I really liked a journey to love but i absolutely hated the ending so I gave up on it. Couldnt deal. (weak is me)
