Indeed... but but but maybe if there was a really really good script and a great sponsor/production company involved.. we can only hope.
But I do also worry, I mean this time people already mocked them as being "Aged/too old" imagine if they were to do it much later... they might not "look" or be right for those parts and even if they were.. they might be "attacked" for it again before it even starts!
... so best they do collaborate on whatever work that might bring out the best in them... like a good modern piece or something political or intriguing...
I'm in the exact same predicament..at this point i might just drop everything and wait until LYF2 come out
Yes same here. I typically don't like stories with multiple males or females vying for affection type. Even if it's different period in life stories with different males.
http://m.weibo.cn/status/5022967345448906? Link Abt details in the story that we might have missed. Like XZ cutting flowers outside the treatment place is for protection. Not just he was trying to listen in. Hope the link works.
No real breakups but there is a time they are kept apart for good reason but the male lead never stopped looking…
Its kinda of hard to say officially where, She officially told him she liked him in episode 6. He will kinda of acknowledge that he has feelings for her in episode 21 but they are not "officially" a couple until much later (episode 31 and 32) but they spend a lot of time together prior to those episodes as well. If you don't mind the story so far, just keep watching. It gets very very good later... and yes they really become a couple and the ending has them very much being together!
How many breakups? and how many time skips? Do we have in this?
No real breakups but there is a time they are kept apart for good reason but the male lead never stopped looking or loving her. No miscommunication. The leads are into each other from start to end. Supporting cast is also very strong. Acting and chemistry is superb.
depends.. some of us (even me that doesnt like xian xia at all) love it and some feel its a bit slow... some find it a bit simple. But most of us really really loved it. Simple straightforward, good acting and chemistry and great supporting cast. I also loved the music and CGI.. costumes were fabulous as well. Just try a few episodes and see if you get drawn into it. I liked it from the start but action starts more from episode 6 onwards.
Am I the only who finds their most favorite scene on this drama was the fight on the east sea? Its my fav scene…
Yes frankly I never liked the CGI of most chinese dramas so I watched some and then give up on dramas.... but this one was pretty decently done. I think it helped they did their stunts. I saw a clip of LGX and LY doing it outdoor as well and not just green screen it indoors (the part where she fought them before being drag back to heaven), thats perhaps why it all looked so good! I am glad she was the producer.. can request for many things to be done!
But I do also worry, I mean this time people already mocked them as being "Aged/too old" imagine if they were to do it much later... they might not "look" or be right for those parts and even if they were.. they might be "attacked" for it again before it even starts!

As for LGX they are upset cos of his gf and news broke on the night of the last episode so CP fans got very upset.
