I know they want to attract female audience ,but it gets a bit annoying and unrealistic if the cliche is used…
1) he's literally a director and has a TON of power and is literally the fav of the chairwoman... So yes technically he did get the chief fired when he could've easily told the chairwoman to wait and see how the potato lab functions 2) yes but she literally apologized(literally said I'm sorry) and told him the solution.
