Any recommandations? I want to watch a series that's well written and overall well done. Just something with decent quality.

They want to install fear, that's why they need terror or nowadays a pandemic. They also need war otherwise a billion industry goes bankrupt. We will never have world peace, and we will never be healthy, because then billions of dollars are lost. This is all about money. Funny that the attack in Vienna happened when Kurz was Kanzler, the young global leader of the WEF.

I'm curious if Gemini is a good actor or not. I can't tell from watching My School President. He is incredible charming, cute, funny in it. But maybe that's just his natural charm? Anyways, he is very unique. I really wonder if he will act differently in a different role.

As far as I know, for some people this is true. For others not. But I don't know why. There are people who became deaf later in life, but talk normally. I have seen it. But there are also some who stop talking like you said, because they don't feel comfortable. So they lose the ability to speak well.

Nah, I agree with you. I think they want to pull on the viewer's heart strings without considering if it is realistic or not.

If it happend years ago too much time has passed. Like someone else pointed out, they could communicate by writing down what they want to say. He is deaf, not blind. But if it happend very recently, he could be stubborn and frustrated. He can have issues with his new identity as a hearing impaired person. He is pretty young too. If he had an accident or something, he could be traumatized. I mean, the plot could still work. But I don't have high hopes.

The best plot would be that he lost his hearing recently. Then he is still copying with it. So they could write the character as very difficult to deal with, because he is frustrated and has issues to adjust.

I feel bad for the actors. They gave them nothing to work with. Horrible script.

I enjoyed this episode the most since ep3. I wasn't so fond of ep 4 and Sound's story, it was resolved too fast, the bad guy wasn't so bad after all. Ep 5 with the mother was important and nice, but I wasn't into it that much either, and in ep 6 they were going around in circles with the whole I-know-you-like-me-and-I-know-you-know. Not to mention that suddenly a second couple appeared which I didn't expect at this point. But in this episode the plot moved forward. The openly flirted, they were on a date, Gun was jealous (though it was resolved pretty fast), and I enjoyed the hetero love story. The I-have-to-pee-scene was hilarious too. I wasn't bored for a second. So while others say this was a filler episode and nothing happened, I was glued to the screen which I wasn't watching the last 3 episodes to be honest. So I don't really know why, but I enjoyed this episode a lot.

Who is responsisble for the backgrounds and colors in this series? There is not a single scene that's bad looking. The lightening, the locations, the clothes they wear, everyting is nice.

The first minutes are extremely cringy, that's why I didn't want to watch it, but then it gets very good. It's just an overall good production: charismatic and nice actors, well written characters, a funny plot that nobody should take too serious, great filming, coloroful backgrounds, good supporting characters, great music (it's almost a musical). I'm not crazy about it, but I'm impressed by the quality. The main actors, newbies Forth and Gemini, are doing a terrific job.

I can also recommend I Will Knock You. Those two series are the opposite of Between Us. While Between Us is a typical wattpad-story-came-to-life with rather simple characters and no real plot, the mentioned series are much more complex. They tell a story not only about two characters and their love struggle, it's about their family, their relationships, growing up, working for your dreams (in case of My School President), how those guys support each other etc. I Will Knock You comes across as rather dumb and crazy, but it is indeed charming and you can see how much effort they put into it with the whole retro theme. It's style is very unique.

But well, if you vibe with it or not ... I'm really not crazy about those series, but I appreciate the quality and I feel very entertained watching them. They deserve the praise, and I like the direction this is going: telling a story that's more about life as a whole than just your love struggle and some psychological issues that apparantly are the reason for the love struggle.

I appreciate how he took off his mask so slowly, so I knew what was coming and had enough time to look away, lol

They should have given Prem more serious scenes, because then he delivers, and make Win more sassy like he was in UWMA, because that's what he is good at. They did the opposite. They wrote the characters in a way, that we get the worst of those two boys.

Watch it. It's even better than Bad Buddy unless you don't enjoy cute and fluffy things. It's a bit too soft for my taste, but very well done.
