It's SOOO good. There is 0 skinship (I don't think they ever even kiss) but it's heavy on the romance. And it's 2023 not 2024 in case there was another one
That man cares about his wife, but not learning sign language up until now is very terrible.
That was my thought as well. I see so many comments about how he's already so in love with her and always has etc. but he hasn't shown any attempt to actually be able to communicate with her which is just weird. He should have at least learned the basics you would think
Great first episode :)Three things I never understood though .. (1) When he burst into the mens toilet chasing…
1) He's not the President. He's like the US's Press Secretary
2) That was kind of a weird decision, but it is kind of common to do that with your "date" of the evening, even if it's just a professional "date." Kind of like when bridesmaids and groomsmen walk down the aisle, they link arms but most of the time aren't actually a couple
3) He has no idea what she was saying to him, just deduced by her expressions and the fact that she was storming off that she was telling him off and cursing at him
Why TF did her mom tell him that she brought Hui Ju home when they left separately? It doesn't make any sense to lie about that, and that lie caused him to not believe she was in danger. Did I miss something?
i’m surprised to see quite a lot of negative comments here. like.. are we even watching the same drama? 😕anyways,…
The main story is good. The issue I have with the show is all the time spent on the greedy townspeople that don't really add to the story at all. They have some good scenes like the 2 ladies shipping the main couple and them all working to get the couple together, but any scene the leads aren't in is just them complaining and wasting time
I don’t think they are related in real life, the child actors and Lee Yi Kyung all have different last names…
He could have had 2 sisters. Kids take the fathers name normally in SK so they wouldn't be Lees. This comment is the only thing I saw of them being related though, so I have no idea just wanted to say it's possible
Good to know his real niece and nephew are playing the roles? That's what's up build a good life for you family,…
I don't know if they are related, but LYK is from a loaded family, his dad was/is the CEO of LG, so if they are his family, they already aren't hurting lol
I'm really disliking the 2FL so far. She's one of those people that only thinks of herself and assumes everyone else does as well. I have a feeling that she is probably going to have the biggest character growth out of everyone in the show, which is saying something with how the ML and FL are and where I can see them ending up.
Through Ep 11 now and it's a really fun drama, but the spy parts are so horribly done imo that it's sometimes hard to watch. A few examples are
1) every NIS agent, with the exception of the King's Bag team, wears the exact same suit and acts as conspicuously as possible 2) the terrorists were caught, first one was assasinated and EVERYONE saw it and was on alert, except apparently for the 2 agents bringing out the other terrorist. Realistically, they would have been all over her like the Secret Service over a president. They also never even attempted to investigate them getting shot after the fact. 3) The bad guys "distanced themselves" from the terrorists, so noone would look their way and they acted alone. So who tf else would have shot them? 4) Her arrest of AeRin would have had her job. When AR lied to her, she never identified herself, or asked in any official capacity, and that imo wouldn't be enough to arrest her even if she did 5) Not one person that carries a gun in this show has ever even heard of muzzle or trigger discipline. Like the scene where they arrested Bon, everyone had their gun up and pointed while being in a circle and the dude directly behind the boss had his barrel pointed right at the back of the directors head lol
There's way more, but these were all within like 30 minutes or so. Suspension of disbelief is very very much needed if you are wanting to watch this for the spy aspect of the show more than the cute kids with a rough babysitter part
I'm on ep 5 and it's hilarious how she so badly wants to work, but keeps getting jobs that are really only fronts and companies that are paying her for basically nothing. Like, yeah, cocky weirdo made her pick up lunch and stuff, but that's really it. Now she's at the bag store where they would actually prefer not selling bags and she has no idea why her coworkers are so "lazy" and dismissive of customers and just confused af lol
Loved the characters and the romance. 10/10 chemistry between the leads. 🥰. PS. What's with all this anti romance???…
For me, the romance in this show was take it or leave it. I wasn't mad it was included, but I also would have been just as happy if it wasn't. And just because people wanted no romance doesn't mean they wanted mindless sex either. This show imo, and I'm assuming the anti-romance watchers as well, would have been just as good if there was 0 romance OR sex in the show and it stayed DaOn chasing BitNa until the end while she did her devil judge thing
I'm at the start of ep 4, and MLs gf is annoying tf out of me at this point. She has a valid reason to be angry right now since she just got mugged, but her blaming it on him is ridiculous. It also seemed pretty obvious that FL wasn't trying to attack her and actually saved her, but she doesn't care because she is jealous about how gorgeous FL is, even though she herself is gorgeous.
All the other scenes of her, she is never treating the ML well. She is snarky, mean and demeaning to him but he just laps it up completely which is also annoying to me. He acts like a beaten dog trying to please it's master with her and comes running at her whim. Like, he knows those HS girls were a huge money maker for him last episode, but completely dismissed them mid picture just because she called. If he was smart at all, he would have called her back after the picture, but no she called so he HAD to go running immediately. Simp behavior is not attractive and just flat out annoying
Why does this show not show up if you filter ongoing shows in SK? I use that sometimes to find new shows to watch and I always assumed it was accurate until now
I am on episode 4.... In china is really normal for opposite gender share a room... ? That's just gross for me...…
That's so common in CDramas and it is really annoying to me. So many of them have the ML be a complete pr*ck for the first 1/3 or so, but he's hot so every female in a 50 mile radius swoons over him and acts like he's Gods gift to Earth, even though he treats them (and the FL) like crap.
As far as the sharing a room thing, I am assuming you are talking about Key and her sharing an apartment? That is relatively common in the US as well, especially in big cities. The unrealistic part to me was that he lived there for at least a month before she ever even saw him. As long as the roomies stick to their personal spaces, it doesn't matter who you live with imo. But you should at least know who it is and going month(s) not even knowing is super weird
I believe it's on YouTube. Most CDramas wind up on YouTube legally on the broadcasting stations page and it's a good place to check for any of the not recent ones
the og kang bitna is most likely a bad person.- she was engaged to jeong taegyu, so his family probably often…
At first I was wondering what happened to OG BitNa, but then realized that her Hell scenes weren't for her but for the main characters. Her escaping Hell wasn't to further her story, but introduce Gremory/ARong. It could have been a little more clear imo, but it makes sense to use her instead of anything else to get Justita and Gremory to Earth
