Watched it but it was a drag. 7 and being generous. Season 2 they can cancel.

Yu Jins baby did not die, her low-life original father who was babysitting took the baby for a walk on a stroller and as he is chased for 200 million of debt he promised to pay it in 3 days, so i assume he will blackmail on baby's life to get hold of that money.

I found it baffling - why are the women cast as mothers so young, they never could be mothers to their sons. Ageing after 10 years was not done at all or don't they know how to do it in kdramas?

Gripping drama, it is satisfying when an underdog fights for justice against the odds.
However the used force depicted is devoid of reality, no one survives a blow of a fire extinguisher at the head at full speed, neither a 1 meter iron crowbar or baseball bats multiple times at an unprotected head when the victim is already passed out.
Even if you are confident in your skills you do not take on alone a dozen thugs that you know will not stick to any fighting rules as you would nor survive.
Besides the unnecessary over the top violence i look forward to the continuation of this series, i give this an 8.

Thanks for your elaborate and insightful reply. I am not at all after explicit sex scenes in dramas or movies, in this drama the couples just felt overly restraint like i only know from religious fundamentalists.

I enjoyed it as well but found it way too puritan. You don't have to be an extrovert do have some body contact and kissing in growing, exploring relationships, more so at almost age 30.

Nice story, a welcome change from super rich chaebol heirs, but it left me somehow sad and frustrated - is Korea a society that has no sex and physical contact. Young people should be bursting with hormones and explore each other. After puberty it should be normal to explore sexuality, it was so where i grew up in central Europe, but not a hint in this and most other Kdramas

Agree with your comment, it is so badly written, that it hurts to have wasted time watching it - and its a covert tobacco advertisement.

This series should not be allowed to be aired because it is a blatant cigarette advertisement. I do not believe there is another drama series where there is so much lighting of cigarettes and smoking. Surely this is a tobacco advertisement and as such illegal in most modern countries.
The script writing and story is so dumb it beggars belief, in particular the bungling main character. Any 8 year old kid would be smarter and this guy is university educated and a lecturer.
I struggled to finish watching - even the end was stupid. Horribly written drama, waste of time.
