Outstanding, captivating drama 9/10 ruined by the last 10 minutes. Why such an ending? A problem of Asian drama is they often do not give age appropriate roles. These girls got married at that epoch around age 16 yet they cast actors over 30s, still the chemistry between the FL and ML was great despite their real life 11 years age difference..
My biggest problem watching Asian dramas are the subtitles. Often they appear for milliseconds, way too fast for me to read them so I miss out on most of what is going on. Chaebol heirs (and the super-rich) turn me off, so do actors and actresses that are cast for their good looks (of which I often disagree anyway) and in particular when in the story-line they are frequently told how beautiful they look to reinforce it. Agree that some very bad dramas got high ratings because of the fans of particular actors which is very annoying and I dislike that it is allowed that people rate dramas after they only watch 2-5 episodes of 16 and that shows in the statistics. People who rate an average drama a 10 should be disqualified as it is purely because they have a crush on an actor or actress. Story writers in Korea are mostly very superficial and dare not show problems of society or maybe they are all from the entitled class and do live in a rosy bubble.
I'm on episode 5, and the ML is a great character, but he's incompetent in managing his employees. How can he…
Agree, not only was the ML his boss but his sister and granddaughter of chairman was working as intern(clandestine) and aware of his incompetence, chauvinism.
Outstanding performance, deserves best actress award. Only the best actors can immerse themselves into a role to such extent. Congratulations! I will now seek out past and future project where she participated.
Watched to ep10. The first few episodes had me hooked but then script got very silly and uninteresting. Not sure if to watch the last 2 episodes or drop it. My rating started at 8.2, now by ep10 it dropped to 7.0
Not everyone likes it. Thats why. Why can’t you trust ratings? They are what they are. People rate how they…
Most people are not rating series but give silly 10s if it is their idol actor/actress is featured. There are reviewers who comment and rate after 3 episodes of a 16 episode series. I wish more people speak up against them or MDL does not allow that. There are a lot of manipulators, they do not rate honestly. It is still my guide for lack of better means. We live in a horrible world like the hounding to death of actor Lee Sun Kyun shows.
In the second phase of grief, I am filled with rage. I'm sorry, really, really sorry but it has to come out of…
Thank You, you put in words how I feel. Shame on South-Korea, that country has a rotten culture. Always had. Joseon period is mostly presented in K-Dramas as glamorous because they hide the slavery and abuse of common people who were treated worse than animals.
I never said they are but politicians and media say they are and hound them to death - even if accusation has no proof and foundation. Sad, sad happenings in SK, toxic culture.
Someone should pls rate this drama on the scale of 1-10.
Just watched 1-8. Just massive violence and extortion from grown up students and no interference from adults or the law. Pretty dumb all of it. Rating 6.5
Good boy-band drama. 7.6. What I find strange is that all 7 live in a dormitory , behave like 12year olds and are treated as such, even after they are number 1 in Japan. To me in looks and energy Asuka does not look older than Dan so if they end up having feelings for each other and would start a relationship(which they did not) it would be no moral problem as both are adults but Asuka would get fired as it states no sexual relationship in contract. That Dan doing all the music writing without input from agency or members is unrealistic, also the massive fear of contract renewal to have to disband (and have to move out of the shitty cramped dormitory) and no one saying they'd look for other agency is as if there is only one in Japan. I would have liked the teachers who took advantage and humiliated Asuka when she was a teacher would have been exposed and shamed by a strong speech when performing.
Found it on kisskh.la, free to watch without need to signing up or pay.

R.I.P.
