This movie called more than blue has same vibes. Instead here male lead was suffering and the end has bit similarities with a millionaire's first love. ! Both depicting love w friendship !

I think this movie is quite similar in aspects of main lead trying to save a girl. Both movie has action and thriller scenes as well.
