Disclaimer: I didn't read the webtoon so please don't come at me for it. I based my opinion on the drama. I swear…
WORD. Pointing out Jun's problematic behaviour but then people come running just because they think Jun is handsome and so cute.
Also I need drama to stop shoving bullying sunbaes down my throat. That over-the-top arc is unbelievable. Especially when fat sunbae said how Soohyun EXTORTS Jun for money. What guy would write down the money he "extorts" that he intends to pay back? These sunbaes are so dumb I'm wondering how they got into university.
Sobin 100% needs to grow backbone. She doesn't like being gossiped about, all she had to say was she wasn't Jun's GF when asked about it. Instead she's waffling about and THEN blames Jun for the rumours she herself caused.
Jun needs to stop meddling in Sobin's private affairs with her childhood best friend. That was a disgusting manipulation.
the characters in this drama are all frustrating -- some more than others. also, i understand that soo hyun just…
you are totally right!!! i also thought soohyun's brother could work, and we still don't know what is wrong with their mom. she isn't in the picture but they still call her etc.
I'm surprised the bullying sunbaes went to drink WITHOUT their favourite ATM - turns out he comes late to pay up. OMG. At this rate he should just pay the local homeless man to be his friend instead, at least the homeless would be THANKFUL.
JUN GROW A PAIR. I need him to kick those guys to the curb because I can't stand them being in every episode with their cheap tricks.
If you like Bae In Hyuk you might like to watch his short webdrama 'XX'. It's on YouTube. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLS--ClexQbQ0FVqjYFbLLrb_mpUg6eTik
I don't understand what he did wrong? He thought that Chang Kee was in a relationship and wanted Soo Bin to be…
He manipulated her. If he was a friend he'd have told her straight up Chanki is meeting his Monday GF that day. But instead he told her to go ON THAT DAY; and then pikachuface shocked that she cried as she got humiliated, indirectly by him.
He is a calculating guy, making "plans", as he told Soohyun.
Jun is the one who ruined the bracelet she got from Chanki. It held treasured memories. If she wanted to destroy her relationship with her childhood best friend, it should be HER Choice, and not him doing it for her!!
Does Jun have mental health problems? Yes. Does that excuse his behaviour? No His issues and problems are just reasons for the way he behaves.
Me pointing that out isn't me being lack of empathy towards him. If someone abuses someone due to her bad childhood, other problems, etc, would you clap your hands for the abuser? No.
@chias That’s the point of Jun as a character. He leans into being everyone’s ATM and believes he can make…
No, he doesn't believe he can make friends with money. Jun knows exactly that his sunbaes don't think of him as friends, because they're blatantly asking him for money and only talking about his ATM use, not only behind is back, but also in front of him, but we always see how he isn't actually "drunksleeping" and then they're like "ugh he called us and said he'd pay" cursing him, until another says "oh, he actually paid the tab".
He knows they aren't his friends, DESPITE the money. He just pays them so he can be around them for class / lunch / dinner / clubbing.
He could easily make authentic connections, if he cut off all those sunbaes, ESPECIALLY the bullies who make my blood boil. Like his connection with the FL, they are friendly without him constantly pumping money into her. Jun has the power to say no, because he's not a coward, he's actually very manipulative, but because he smiles a lot, people think of him as kind / nice / innocent.
But his "plans" with FL, how he broke apart friendship between her and childhood friend, how he plans with Soohyun, make it clear that he isn't a shy little boy. He can say no, and stop being a gopher. He just chooses not to say no, because cheap thrills are easy to attain.
I have 0 sympathy for Jun. He looks AND acts like a child, especially with the fake dating scheme, and the reason he has no true friends is because he leans into being everyone's ATM. The scriptwriter should stop making such exaggerating scenes where everyone is like ""Juuuuun~ I want coffee / lunch / dinner / drinks / clubbing paid". Jun doesn't look popular, he just looks like a gopher.
It's Lee Ma Ha suppose to be really good at dancing, like better than other trainees type of deal? Coz her dance…
Yeah she is supposed to be really good as shown in Ep1 / Ep2, when she replaced the original leader in Omega 3., They cast her in the group as she was able to copy/learn the dance quickly.
