The music in the first 5 minutes was quite disruptive to the actual scene unfolding in front of my eyes. It was illfitting and making me feel a bit ill, seeing the disaster strike in front of me and pure terror of people screaming for their lives, while there was some uplifting, majestic, triumphant kind of classical music in the background.
After the first 10 minutes, the show improved. Still, it's a long way to go and I'll think about watching the next episode.
So the rating got me a bit. How's the romance between the leads? Does it get draggy?
it doesn't drag for me because every episode has a little theme and the plot is around it. while the overarching plot may be described as yearning, you find out little by little the whole picture. so it's quite interesting
alright i dont get episode 3 Why does SaeBom open the bathroom door? That is the most illogical thing to do. She…
Yeah I agree. This is the most stupid scene I've watched in a long time. And she is supposed to be a special police woman? All she does is wear the sweatshirt that says so and almost get infected by way of the way she acts.
So, just finished episode 3 and the drama’s treatment of female characters is horrific O.o I knew something…
hi my seoulmate, soulmate ;) once again i agree with your point. i find it hilarious that females wear high heels while playing these games where you can die. if i was in AIB, i'd immediately change into sports gear and clothes, yet there are people in high heels and bikini running around...
of course, my humour is very black, that's why i find this "funny". just wanted to say that i agree, and i don't find AIB executed well, however, the premise does interest me, so i completed the series and am interested in S2.
He is supposed to be like that. He has been independent for 10 years studying in Ming. He came back to do the…
I don't think you can justify how he treats the CP with his education. You can still be respectful and be independent. I think he treats CP like that because of similarity to the girl he saw before: he keeps violating 5 steps rule, and even try to touch her, and seek the closeness.
i hope the real mina understood as well :D she just had a good poker face. honestly, choosing English as your…
but mina could have just faked it? it's not so hard to learn English as other languages and we don't know what she did with her time.
all we know is she had one accomplice, though it doesn't really matter whether she understood them talking in English. these women are very unsubtle and stupid (unlike the eldest sister), and it's no secret that they mistreated her.
Well, considering that Joon and So bin are the first main leads and Soo Hyun is “only” second lead and Young…
I was led to believe that Soohyun is also a main lead.
It's a matter of personal taste, I believe. For me the romance leaves me cold, because it makes no sense to Sobin's long-standing crush would be forgotten from one minute to next. The way he is controlling her friendships is also disconcerting. I do not find that romantic at all.
The romance between Jun/Sobin is mindnumbingly boring. I tuned in for equal shares of main leads, but gets 80% Jun/Sobin, and 20% Soohyun/Miju/Youngran. The 20% are the interesting bits, whenever things start to become interesting for the latter three, camera turns back to Jun's "popular" troubles and Sobin's timid persona.
I refuse to believe that Jun is popular, due to the lack of actions of the rest of the student body.
PS: I did not read the webtoon. I am not basing this of "lack of BL".
There's always that scene in a drama where the civilians actions & slowness to react to danger baffles me....and…
you are right! and usually the "saviour" wouldn't freeze up either. it would be more realistic if he and the girl stumbled instead of both standing her. her, i understand, but not him who ran up to her. his legs were working fine then

Is everyone else in the palace illiterate?
